Getting a 97.86 on this map would be absolutely absurd given the difficulty, so 60pp is absolutely fair for those few tenths of a percent increase in score
This map has a special place in my heart as my first 11 star map back in the day so I love how this is the top play. Outstanding job once again cerret!

Tldr, you need to hit the geometric center of the bloq in 3d space. Combine that with a full swing into and out of the bloq and you'll get 115. There is no timing component to scoring.

It's a combination of distance to the center of the block as well as pre-swing and post-swing. Electrostats explains it pretty well on his channel
