Fireball 60 was my main amp for the longest. Any time i think of an amp i regret getting rid of, its always that one.

I am eventually working toward a Fireball 100. I just got an EVH Stealth though… so my next amp is a bit of a ways away!

@@BaritoneGoatStudio unfortunately, I have no use for a big ole tube head anymore or I'd definitely grab another one. I've looked into the 25w but even that's too loud lol

I gotta admit. When you got to the point that you said there wasn't any drives or effects and such with the plug-in, I actually stopped the video, went back to your song and thought....DAMN.......that is a KICKASS tone for not having a boost in front 🙂

I had originally started with using their 808 pedal in front of the amp, but it wasn’t giving me quite the attack I wanted. I turned it off and upped the gain on channel 4 and I liked it better overall. Once you push the gain, the boost pedal isn’t really necessary and the amount of mid range this thing has is great!

I have tons of their plugins only two have decent gain abilities this one and their jmp plugin the rest you totally have to put a od in front of! Since ToneX and NAM modeler i totally stopped playing with this amp sim as those other two platforms have so much better to offer! nice video though bro!

Just started messing with NAM and using some of the GitHub resources. I have some captures of my own amps that are ok. Still figuring it out. I also just got a Tonex Capture and have modeled a full rig with decent results, but I have plans to rerun the process with some refinement of mic placement and volume levels. Overall, the new technology is making leaps and bounds in the way of making this stuff DIY for a lot of home and amateur enthusiasts!
