Yes but camping on a roundabout in an urban area is a bit risky you dont know who could be out there, beter to csmp in the countyside

Really enjoy your videos. Love the sound of rain on a tarp or tent. Wind in the trees. Thunder and lightening. The dawn chorus. Streams and rivers. But 11 out of 10 for putting up with the "Traffic Racket" !

I Remember the Delmi Arms roundabout when it didn't have that many trees and bushes in the middle.. also when the light airplane crashed into the railway viaduct.

Beautiful red fox. We see them once every few years over here in my location in North Carolina, U.S.A. We mostly see the gray ones here.

Having grown up in Fareham, I know this location well. Interesting fact, back in 1983 someone tried flying a Cessna light aircraft through one on the arches of the old railway viaduct. The guy died. Also the Roundabout Hotel is notorious for being haunted. Great Video. This is proper stealth camping.
I too grew up there, the dude intentionally flew into the bridge from what I heard and I also got to see the plane on that viaduct

I got a vito and I take the seats out and put a airbed in the back and take camping gear. I use park for a night app and have woken up in some lovely places. People don't spend your life thinking if u could or not. go out and do it. You don't need much to survive and life is to short thinking I wish I'd done this etc etc

Is it me or English weather is looking more and more like southern France?
I had an idea the other day about how to make camping pizza. I usually wrap a potato in aluminum foil and throw it in the fire pit for a while so my idea was to pre-bake the potato, hollow out much of the inner potato part and then stuff it with pizza ingredients, wrap it in foil, and throw that in the fire pit. I haven't tried it yet because my spot is near the wash and we're about to have a storm with relatively heavy rains so I want to wait until that storm shows up so I can see where a higher than normal water level gets when compared to my spot. I will probably try it soon though.
Fareham boy here. Used to drink in the Delme Arms. The creek may look nice in the sunshine, but, as a child, when the wind was from the east, it was pungent 2-3 miles away in Peak Lane. Don't know if that's still the case.

I went away for the weekend just gone, and every time we drove past a roundabout or a patch of greenery at the corner of a junction I was reminded of your adventures, to the point where I think my wife was starting to get a bit annoyed (she was driving and wanted me to give directions on a roundabout but I was too busy trying to take a photo of the middle of it).
Two spots I thought looked "appealing" along the route:
- Where the M40 crosses the M25. The roads there are horrible of course, but the greenery to the sides looks quite thick and secluded. I don't think "I had a lovely drive along the M25" is a sentence anyone has ever uttered. So something about the contrast between that utilitarian misery, and the heady joy of a stealth camp immediately to the side of it, might be fun.
- The roundabout near "Severn View" services on the M48, just before the old Severn Bridge, westbound. Severn View services used to live up to the name, but it has since moved to a spot where you can no longer see the river Severn, which is a bit crap, and combined with the fact there's now a new Severn crossing makes this whole area feel a bit forgotten about.

You should check out the roundabout in Seggensworth (next to Fareham, litterally next junction up) its the roundabout by Macro. Its massive and with woods

Living in Portsmouth I know that roundabout, your vids always make me smile. Would love to do a camp like that but not got the bottle for it yet. Foxes Forest in Portsmouth would make a good location, mind you there are homeless camping there anyway so maybe not.

I worked there as a pest control technician in the Fareham and Gosport area, when I watch this video I'm thinking I wish I could inform him about the fact that Fareham was crowded with brown rats...hahahaha

Billy have you ever thought of doing the lamb when they make a fire with hot rocks at the bottom and then cover it over and bury it for about five hours. I bet its lovely with a few bulbs of garlic .

I did a roundabout camp last week for my channel, the biggest in the UK. Suffice to say I take my hat off to you mate. I genuinely hated every minute of it. Far too noisy and you're at a heightened level of attention all night so you just can't relax. Don't think I'll do it again.
Hey billy! Quick pizza tip from Garfield - Yours looked great, try using a Tortilla instead of a pizza dough sometime, you'll like it a lot. Easier to pack in and it cooks faster and gets nice and crispy. Congrats on 20k subscribers, already climbing to 30k! Hope I can get to a thousand some day, you're another inspiration for me. Thanks!
