The third part of the American mezzo soprano Marilyn Horne's appearance in the Aria And Pasta - a programme hosted by former singer Beverley Bergen in which opera singers talk about their work and cook a pasta dish (or assist the chef). Produced by Passionfruit Productions in 2000. Marilyn Horne, of course, is well known as one of the finest and most celebrated American divas of the 20th century. She, almost single-handedly, brought the works of Rossini and Handel to the audiences of her country and had a tremendous influence on a whole generation of mezzos and countertenors.
