I think adding anywhere that’s appropriate a journal article or study or textbook passage would be great. I follow the sprint project and he does that a lot.

Hey idk if you could answer this question but I don’t seem to get a flight or fight response when I’m about to fight. You think this could be due to overtraining? If you could help me out that would be greatly appreciated.

Hi and that is a very interesting question. We need a little more info to assist you better.
What kind of fighter are you and how do you know that your sympathetic nervous system does not activate? Does it activate at any other time?
      Talk to you soon :)

@@daniel-gallucci I’m an amateur mma fighter. I know it’s not activating because I know how it feels when it does. As of recently I’m not sure if it has, maybe a little when I watch my brother spar. I think I calm myself down too much before I get into the cage or something, I’m not too sure. But I know adrenaline is a good thing when you’re in a fight. It used to get highly activated when I would have a presentation for school, I could feel my heart beating out of my chest.

Your threshold has definitely changed since you were younger. Despite the lack of that sensation I assure you that it is activating during your fights. Consider it a good thing :)
