Aliveinlight yes.. I really don’t use it because I was told it consumes more fuel? Idk how true that is but I’ll mainly use that feature in the winter when it’s cold lol
@@prettygirlzdonthate2556 I'm not sure . lol It probably does consume gas because it's running at idle . But the car will shut off after 10 minutes if you don't drive it. I love the feature I use it all the time now . Congrats on your car.
Aliveinlight lol yea the salesman spent 20 minutes going over this check point list..I was ready for him to hush so I could joy ride my new baby lol... & likewise! ☺️☺️☺️
I bought a 2019 Civic coupe ex-t with 11,000 miles on it 2 months ago. Absolutely love it. Just wish it had the sport trim over the fog lights instead of the chrome.
Hey there! I was wondering I’m planning on getting a Honda civic sport soon and I was wondering if there’s any way to change the red accents from the gauges and stereo to Honda’s basic blue accents? I love the red but I honestly prefer the blue accents if you know what I mean lol
Great rundown of the new Civic Sport sedan! Just a quick question: do you know if this model comes with illuminated vanity mirrors? Also, could you do a 2019 Civic EX sedan review as well? Appreciate the help/info!
Very nice. I’d wait for a Turbo model. The extra horse power and increased torque is noticeable. I like some of the styling changes and the long awaited volume knob! Although I put in a bit of work on my current 2018 EX-T (LED headlight/fog lights, all-around tint, and hardwired dual-channel 4K dashcam with direct external battery charging), I might still trade it in for this mid season refresh.
Those mods are really not that hard to install though because most of it just plug and play Lol. I had all of that done within a week of having my Civic Hatch Sport. Putting those Rally Armor mudguards on was quite a bitch to do, but they're definitely worth it in the end.
Hi. Can you please let me know what is the version and spec of the head unit? It should be a android system. Can’t wait to upgrade to this head unit from my 2017 Honda Civic
Neutral colors always have good resale value. More people open to Silvers, blacks, whites. But I personally like a little bit of color. So this is more of your preference.
@@JustinFullerReviews I'd take the metallic red. But wife wants the white! Love your stuff! Best explanation of the inner workings of the interior! Many thanks!
Hey Justin, Can you change the color theme for the infotainment system on the 2019 Honda Civic sport? (i.e from the current red theme to the blue theme seen in the lx, ex, and touring trims.)
It's weird I got the same car, an automatic but it comes with a sunroof, heated seats and so on.. has more features.. is it because I'm in Canada? Or maybe my dealership just added nes features or what? It's also got a power seat so I'm curious lol
I’m not sure if I should go with the 2019 Civic Sport or the 2018 Honda Civic EX-T. What do you recommend. Which is better? What are the main differences? Help!
The SI is going to have a higher horsepower, manual trans only, upgraded black and red interior, upgraded brakes and calipers, spoiler, heated seats, are the big things I can think of off hand..
Only thing you missed to mention was the Sport mode from Drive. My assumption is it just rest the engine at a higher rev point to have more instant acceleration but I don’t feel any difference in acceleration from a dead stop. I got this car a few days ago, I like the features but the drive is just ok, with some good handling on curves thanks to the FWD. overall I’m enjoying the car as my daily commuter :) I’ll be changing it in the next few years though probably for a fully loaded Audi TT 😍
nice car. nothing new when it comes to technology though, they had all that stuff since like 2001 vehicles. stereos can be upgraded with aftermarket which is 100% always better than OEM anyways. Pioneer NEX series would still be better than this stereo system and features
But that's the thing, bringing in aftermarket parts isn't relative to this comparison. We're comparing the technology from the factory. Of course aftermarket stereos are going to be better depending on which one you get. (I'm actually thinking of doing mine to be honest)
I just got mine 4 days ago and I absolutely love it.. Your video helped me figure some stuff out..Thanks
Thanks for watching!
I got mine on Tuesday...I’m sooo in love w it, I got the blue one.... it’s beautiful

I got the blue too on Monday! Had 8 miles on it. I love it.
I got mine almost a week ago but I got the manual. It is absolutely amazing and it is pretty fast too.
Congrats~ and Thanks for watching!
Manual for the win 😊
Is there an option for a usb type c exhaust?
Ha. No.
I wish they'd sell this infotainment for the 2016-2018 models as an aftermarket replacement.
I'm sure you can fine nicer ones out there on shops that specifically sell aftermarket Honda parts. That would be dope though.
That was the best explanation of all the doodads on the dash I have ever seen! Great video. Thanks !!!!
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for watching!
I just got mine in grey 5 days ago and I love it!
Also tinted my windows right after and looks amazing
Whats the s for on the shift column
How can you get remote start from your phone? I just got my sport a week ago and I don’t have that option anywhere on Honda link.

That Brake hold is perfect for up hills in the 6 speed👌🏼
What happens if you let off the clutch with the brake hold on? I assume you just stall? I'll have one next week, don't really wanna test it myself lol
Hey, does this trim has a same sound speakers around the rear deck like ex? Like behind the back seat,,,

txmoney does this have automatic

Hey Justin , nice review. Does it comes with auto folder side mirrors? I had one in Jamaica and it had a dedicated button for this.
it does have folding mirrors, but they are not electric. Thanks for watching!
Are the armrests and center console leather wrapped now instead of that rough cloth material?
Does it have CD player
No
Automatic or Manual?

Looks better in white
How many speakers does the audio system have thanks for the response
It has a 6 speaker system
Hi Jay, can you please explain the Sport Shift , from drive to sport.
Putting in the car in the Sport shift mode causes it to rev at a higher RPM. This will give you more get up and go. However, it will effect MPG's.
on instrument panel what is that bar that goes from 0-----------------40-------------------80 used for?
That shows you instantaneous gas mileage based off your driving at that exact moment.
@@JustinFullerReviews Thanks . I thought that was what the colored lights at the very top on both sides are for.
Hey Justin,

You can not change it on the Sport.
How do I change the background image and customize it ?
This should help you out! ruclips.net/video/WmNM0tp-EJs/видео.html
This new Sport trim should be a big seller even though it has the non-turbo 2.0L engine.
J High: does it also have backup review camera

Of course. All cars built from 2018 onward and sold in the U.S., are required by federal law to have a rear camera.

Yeah the trim level in Cananda vs US are different. Your vehicle is more inline with our EX.
I laughed when he said "HDMI".
I’m not sure if I should go with the 2019 Civic Sport or the 2018 Honda Civic EX-T. What do you recommend. Which is better? What are the main differences? Help!
Go drive them both and see if the extra 25 HP matters to you. If it does you could always go with a Civic Hatch Sport or the sedan EXT to get the 1.5T
What's the s for on the shift column
Jt Sipos sport mode. It makes the The engine rev higher for quicker acceleration
Thank you. This is awesome 👏
Doesn't the brake pedal hold the brakes?
you can let go of the brakes, say in stop and go traffic, and it will hold the car
Does the 2019 EX hatch get the hybrid seating surface, specifically the center console?
It does not.
Similar to the 2018 honda Civic Ex trim, with addition to the buttons instead of touch screen on the middle display. Still cool though.
Love the video. Just subscribed
Thanks Gary!
so what's difference between the Sport and Si models?
The SI is going to have a higher horsepower, manual trans only, upgraded black and red interior, upgraded brakes and calipers, spoiler, heated seats, are the big things I can think of off hand..
I thought Si stand for Sport. What does Si stand for now?
SI - Sport Injected
Ughh I should have waited and got the 2019. So many worthwhile upgrades over my 2018. But I didn't know.
never regret a purchase you still have equity in your model and if it's a lease you'll get a better one when 2020 models come out for example

It is not an option to change the speedometer color
Great review very detailed in every aspect of the car, but you need to work on your camera/video it’s to shaky

How much out the door price?
Sounds like a good question for your local dealer....
Nah. They lie. In is in my best interest to ask actual customer to see how much they ended up paying with taxes and extra fees ...
