Low altitude Lomcevak maneuver to loss of control to nose-down attitude recovery to secondary stall pulling up. It looks like he accidentally left power in during the nose-down recovery, reducing the time to ground and making it impossible to recover at that altitude without pulling hard enough to induce a high speed stall. Rest in peace.
It may be time for the FAA to revise their special airshow permits to mandate additional altitude for airshow flights. It may not be as exciting for spectators, however and there might be pushback from vested interests.
