Very insightful assessment. Especially impressed by the discovery of needing to use lower inch-pounds when mounting it, and the watchout how zero eye relief reduces shooter's ability to see things in immediate surroundings. Also the idea of using this with a scope cam is excellent. I agree with the narrow depth of field/focus but that is good for my application where i need to range distance with the focus knob.

I asked my local gun shop to get one of these in stock on the strength of this video. I have to say that the optics are excellent. I did not buy it as I wear spectacles and the objective lens was touching my glasses way before I could see the edge of the image. I have the same problem with binoculars. If you wear glasses, try this scope at a dealers before buying and do not buy untried by mail order.
