Is that a business paypal account? What if im using a regular paypal account? Turn it into business?
Yes, it is a business PayPal account. You can dropship using a personal PayPal account, just check with an accountant when it comes to taxes. Switching your personal PayPal account to a business one is also a solution.

is paypal banning if someone opens 2 different accounts into 2 different countries...Adress, bank, country is different but account owner name surname is same?

dude, I barely create an account, I don't even do something on it and it gets blocked.

Notice to open new account on a new computer or VPN or Proxy and new details
If the account has passed the first authorization from paypal how to understand what is the limit at the moment? Or should we do this settings again?
I recommend to set it up anyway.

You didnt check Ebay at the bussines information. Why?

I am your customer in the Autods!
I have a serious issue related to Paypal identity confirmation!
Paypal sent me an email stating to send them my national ID and a copy of my passport to prove my identity and address.
I sent them these two documents but they need further documents like my Bank or Credit card statements.
The thing is, my PayPal is registered under my friend's information including his full name and address but the credit card I use is mine.
So now PayPal asked me to deliver my credit card statement for the last 6 months!
Is there any way around to solve this?

You will have to provide PayPal with all the documentation they require. We suggest you explain this to their customer support.
