That was also way too confrontational and direct for a typical ISTP interaction about values.

Contrary to the "P" stereotypes. IPs are the judging types since they lead with a Judging function, and IJs are the actual P types. IPs have a more deterministic model they work with, while IJs are more probabilistic.

Yes, the whole packed action he carry, comes from the developed tertiary Se.

    • @RainbowRoadCrashTest

@@BehindRealityAlthough I think the Ni in child position + Ne blindspot (manifests as tunnel-visioned Ni) seems pretty evident here (Arnold Schwarzenegger and Elon Musk are other examples of ISTPs). Which is why ENFJ seems less likely. ISTPs that get a better grasp with their oppositional function (Fe), they can flip on their axis and become ENFJ like. But of course the difference ISTPs can get socially drained and needs to recharge their social battery. While ENFJs of course they are going to need time to recharge just like everyone else, would still get their energy kick in for helping people and being social utility for the sake of it. ISTPs would love to be involved in the community as always, but needs to dive into their own internal headspace solely for the sake of it. ISTPs being cognitive introverts by default they need to be immersed in their own headspace while being disassociative from the external world. Cognitive extroverts by default are fully immersed and reactive to the external world. Se for ESPs and ENJs just manifests as for the sake of experiencing things. While Se auxiliary for ISPs manifests as the fun in being in those shoes as part of the experience, since Se has a more authoritative influence for ISPs in contrast to ESPs and ENJs. If that makes sense?

It's always been obvious to me that Tom Cruise has strong Ni, either lead or secondary. Just the intensity he has and the characters he plays often have super strong Ni too.

    • @RainbowRoadCrashTest

Ni child can take their ni so irresponsibly though, like a child. Ni for ENJs is like their map they have to follow, Ni for ISPs is like their sword, their actions can be their most defining character.

Which is why im not to keen on celebrity typing. But surprisingly you're not too far off, but ESTP is looking to be more likely. Seems to have a more sensing-feeling (SeFe/SiFi) preference over an intuitive-feeling (NeFe/NiFi) one in contrast to Tupac (ENTP). Sensing-feeling comes off more intense, like laser-focus, while intuitive-feeling appears more cooler in contrast with the emotional landscape, like butter spreading on bread. 50 cent made a good distinguish between the two.

@@patrykj547Some key differentiations between Ni and Ne.
Ne knows a little about a lot, while Ni knows a lot about a little.
Ne shares information, while Ni gathers information.
Ne is a broad spectrum of external possibilities, while Ni is one internal conclusion.
Ne is good at producing words, while Ni struggles to verbalize thoughts.
Ne is more impulsive, while Ni users prefer structure or planning.
Extraverted iNtuition (Ne) allows us to find patterns, make sense of abstract ideas, and generate concepts. It’s a forward-looking function where Ne-users can branch out a single idea into multiple possibilities. Ne is an expanding perceiving function.
Introverted Intuition (Ni) is a function that helps see theoretical patterns, make sense of abstract ideas, and generate a profound possibility. But what makes it different is that being introverted, Ni solidifies a massive amount of information and reduces them into a more refined and profound concept. Ni is a deductive perceiving function.
They both see patterns and create "webs" using "unrelated" patterns. Honestly, Ni does this more if you are making the argument that one function does this more than the other

It depends on the Fe user. Not all people of the same personailty type act exactly the same it's a lot more nuanced then that. If what you're saying was allways the case then everyone would essentially just be cookie cutter copies of each other.

@@dianadias3if they percieve the other person to have crossed a line then yes. Cruise is obviously an unusual example, he's an unusual person. But being EFJ does not mean the person is a 100% social star or doesn't get into confrontations. There is soooo much nuance to MBTI, if I saw this video some years ago it might've been somewhat unexpected to me but with time I have learned a lot about different ways functions and types are expressed. The latest Personality Hacker Podcast series about different kinds of every function is very good in showing this.
