I'm one of those 700 investors. Macaloney's does indeed offer cask strength offerings from time to time. In fact the Whiskey in your video is now being offered at 57% ABV for those who are looking for a different finish, or who want to experiment with a little bit of water to find their own preference. Most of our whiskies are offered at a higher ABV but for limited times. Glad you enjoyed a dram from Victoria BC Canada.

The seaweed is added in with the burning peat rather than being part of the peat itself.
