I started using these when they first came out. I am 61 now. I researched the sports doctor that invented it. The proper way is how the original manual stated. You can over do it. You gain fastest by doing just the original program. The key is Breaths. Instead of 7 seconds, do 7 breaths. It won’t be long and you will be stout. I use the classic and steel bow. I use classic in the morning and Steel Bow in the evening. 7 breaths each exercise. 30% effort. Shaking is NOT ok. Shaking is because you are over doing and slowing your progression. You work at just 30%? I read somewhere that you need to work at 60-70%.
