@@paula200 why not replace sand with brown crumb ..? Has to be worth a try...
I have tried with bread crumbs instead of sand, it was a waste. It did not work at all. It just got loose once it hit the water and hold not more than 15 secs. I think refined sand (white or red sand) will be better for the bait to stay longer.
@@Tranceislands just use blended oat , catfood or even crushed biscuit
just make sure your grain is fine enough so thats why I suggested you to blend this grain first

So guy's this was in morocco area of atlantic ocean casablanca city. Fot this bait just use any kind of sardin can doesn't matter if tomatos or oil. For sand optional also . Just they put sand for the small fish will not eat from it coz sand willl hurt thier tooth hahaha. But sand is just optional . Is cheap and more fish to catch if your are in place got alot of kind of fish .moroccan living in the philippines
I find that for the most part, smaller ocean fish are much more tasty. I only gut them, put some garlic, lemon, salt and butter in the cavity and toss on the grill. No need to scale them or any other prep needed. Only grill a few minutes, don’t overcook! After you do a few you’ll get a feel for how long to cook. With corn on the cob it’s a meal fit for a king! (and Queen).
And if you toss the guts back in the surf or feed the gulls there’s no waste to deal with.

That sounds good! I use to live around the saltwater in Florida cought lots of what I call inshore pan fish . Fryd is ok but baked is really good. Never grilled one so its happening soon.
@@person390 -Nice! I always use hardwood charcoal and maybe a few wood chips. Not a fan of the gas grill, I like the flavor hardwood gives. 👍

I live in the northeast... I fish off the rocks and use porgy guts and a 2oz pyramid weight to fish for Fluke/Flounder on the bottom... They love porgy guts! Thanks for the post brother!
