A QUICK DELICIOUS AND ABSOLUTELY EASY WAY TO COOK SHORT RIBS/OLD SCHOOL BEEF SHORT RIBS/INSTANT POT

- OLD SCHOOL BRAISED BEEF SHORT RIBS(INSTANT POT)
This my absolute favorite part of beef
and my favorite comfort food
Old School Braised beef short ribs(instant pot)
3 ½ pounds beef sort ribs cut into thick pieces
1/2 cup flour
1 onion, chopped
1 cups chopped carrots (optional)
1 cup chopped celery(optional)
3 cups homemade or beef broth
3 tablespoons tomato paste
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Hot buttered rice or mashed potatoes for serving
Season short ribs and dust with flours
Sear off in instant pot or large skillet with a bit of vegetable oil browning on all sides
Remove ribs and place aside
Add onions celery and carrots to skillet and brown slightly
Add tomato pasta and cook for 2 minutes .add beef stock and Worcestershire sauce
Add beef short ribs back to pot and make sure stock is filled just above the ribs
Place lid on pot and place on meat setting for 90 minutes
Serve on mashed potatoes or white rice

@OLD SCHOOL SOUL FOOD thanks for the honesty! Texas and Louisiana, the humidity is brutal! I was raised in Alabama and hated the heat but loved absolutely loved my grandparents. Anything south of the Mason Dixie line is uncomfortable for lady Vee Vee!
