Good to see you back at it. Didn't know the speeding rules are so strict even while I have family over there... nice peek at the museum and you visiting there. Understanding your decision to do SOC this year. Wishing you open roads and ticket free drives...
Regarding to the "crazy driver law", it's the same in the Netherlands. When you go over 100 kmph the maximum speed they take your license and your car as well. If you go 50kmph over speed limit, you also immediately lose your license and have to attend a course about reckless driving. If you don't attend that course you'll lose your license permanently. But also, if you get caught multiple times with 30 or 40 kmph over speed limit within 5 years, they also take your license and you must attend the course. The course costs something like 1500 euros on top of the speeding fines btw.
I will add, that it was partially done simply to deter people from streetracing. We sadly had a bit of a spree, where streetracing claimed the lifes of innocent 3rd party drivers. The law has absolutely worked as intented, and now we mostly new reckless drivers in daddys audi, or Norwegians driving home their Lambo, with trouble keeping the foot of off the speeder.
Honestly I am for speeding laws having that level of consequence. On another note it is so amazing seen a black series be put to real world use not just a trip to a car show then back to the garage.

@@dankogkush2335 Fairly simple. Don't drive recklesly. Danish streets and highways in particular, are simply not build for speeds exeding 100kpn on mainroads, and 150kpn on highways. Germany is next door, and you can be at the ring at noon, if you drive in the morning. Speeding only became a problem, when leasing became big, and poorer people from a certain demographic, with no respect for others, startet pooling together to lease powerfull cars, and started killing pedestrians because they streetraced in towns. It's a great law, that has saved us froim the deaths of many innocent bystanders and other grave inuries.
I'm really surprised that we're not that strict in Germany with the penalties for speeding. From 41 km/h too much 1 month driving ban (with exceptions) and even from 71 km/h only 3 months. It doesn't matter whether you're going 71 or 171 km/h too fast, which isn't unrealistic with today's cars like a Tesla S Plaid or BMW M5 if the straight and empty highway is restricted to 120 km/h. But unlike in the past, even 60 EUR up to 20 km/h hurts me, even though I have faster cars (M3 instead of 118d) and more money (no longer a student).
I think the "crazy driving law" is a smart move. People who drive those cars to those speed don't care about a ticket, don't care about their license, but they do care about their car for sure. That's probably the most effective way to force people to behave.

Same rule in Australia but worse, if you’re caught doing double the speed limit they don’t just take the car, they crush it. No matter what car it is, crushed into a cube, and the police usually post the videos of the car being crushed
Not the cleverest then the Ozzy police. Selling it and putting the proceeds into the police budget is way better. Leaking the sale to the press would result in just as much deterrent as crushing it. Either way, you lose your car.
I love the Zenvo, I think it’s great that you aren’t afraid to put miles on it. But is there a reason you haven’t done something about the noise? It just sounds so underwhelming on the videos. I guess it will be different in person but I can’t help but think it needs more noise
Impounded is one thing. In Denmark your car legit gets "stolen" from you for driving this fast. You are not able to get it back either way, and the value of the car is basicly the size of the ticket youll get. No way of getting your car back. You can read about the norwegian who lost his newly purchased Huracan spider...
There was actually a guy from oNrway a couple of years ago, that saved up to buy a Lambo in Germany... And on his way home up through Jylland he got caught going 23x-something and they took his car from him and sold it in auction
5:22 october 2021, norwegian citizen Shaka Ameen, drove through Denmark in his Lamborghini Huaracan Spider. Driving on the motorway where the speed limit is between 110 and 130 km/h, he got registered doing 228 km/h. Enough for 'vanvidskørsel' ~ 'madness-driving'. And yes they confiscated the car. I even think he took the police to court but lost the case - and the car. He also got sentenced 20 days probation and a 6 year ban from entering Denmark. I believe the car has been sold now.
Yep. sold for 1,9M DKK. Sued Denmark for breach of international human rights, both in Denmark and at the European Court of Human Rights. He got told that since nowhere in the danish consitution, free highway speed was mentioned as a civil right, he had no grounds to stand on. The judge ruling in Denmark told him, that he didn't know the rules in Norway, but Denmark was a civilized country, where vehicular manslaguhter was not conconed, and that he must be from another planet. He also got ridiculed in Norway for borrowing 1M from friends to buy the car, and then losing it because of his recklessness, with many commentators happy he doesn't have it to cause accidents in Norway.
I know it's kind of to be expected for such a small company, the fact it's a hyper car and the amount of miles it's done, but if i'd paid that sort of price for a car i'd get really annoyed at it having to keep going back to Denmark all the time. I'm sure it's not the case but it feels like it spends more time back with Zenvo than it does being driven or even being in the shmuseum.
Was actually looking forward to you in this year's Gumball, sad that now you're not planning to join. Once in a lifetime in Asia and that chance's gone.
This is true... Last week a Norwegian Lamborghini Huracan Technica was sold at auction in Denmark. They did some 300-something kmh with it in Denmark right after buying it, got busted, and Denmark took his car.
Of all the videos of Tim’s vlogs I’ve watched I can’t think of a time the Zenvo has been anything other than a show or parade car!? Other than a couple runway runs I can’t recall it ever been shown to be put through its paces. Am I wrong?
Just want to say, I don’t know how far you’ve gone with the Merc, but don’t listen to manufacturers with oil change intervals, try to keep it between 3-5k miles. From experience with MANY cars over 250k, anything more than 5k is going to harm an engine especially if you’re keeping the car. And with an expensive AMG, I’d be making stops along this crazy route
You should carry an Autel or iCarsoft diagnostic tool with you in these trips. It will help get the fault codes associated with the error. It might help get you going again on the road, or at least get you an advance plan of repair.

Off all your cars this would be the one most would miss the least.
In Poland, when you get caught drunk driving, you can get your car taken or if it's not your car, equivalent to cars value fine
What a relief is to have a Shmee150 video to watch at night
I know it's kind of to be expected for such a small company, the fact it's a hyper car and the amount of miles it's done, but if i'd paid that sort of price for a car i'd get really annoyed at it having to keep going back to Denmark all the time. I'm sure it's not the case but it feels like it spends more time back with Zenvo than it does being driven or even being in the shmuseum.
Zenvo is the coolest car ever. Just keep it 🎉
What about the exhaust? I thought you were doing something about a louder more punchy exhaust, you even teased the possibility of that happening soon.
I can’t help but think it would look amazing in a different colour
Denmark sounds like real fun.
Perfect specs 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I don't know what it is, but I'm not a fan of the center of the steering wheel of the Zenvo
Nice sweater from AMG😊. The zenvo ❤❤❤❤❤❤. But my ❤ is going to a amg pro cabrio.
That Peugeot 205 gti is so cool it's a shame you only have time for cars that most people can't afford
Was actually looking forward to you in this year's Gumball, sad that now you're not planning to join. Once in a lifetime in Asia and that chance's gone.
Will we ever see top speed run on the autobahn or even a trackday of this car?
Oh my, let us know if/when you come to Copenhagen! Would love to come out with my AMG, too!
This is true... Last week a Norwegian Lamborghini Huracan Technica was sold at auction in Denmark. They did some 300-something kmh with it in Denmark right after buying it, got busted, and Denmark took his car.
Huracan Spider* and was recorded doing 228 on a 130 motorway...

Sounds like the one, yes. Happened a while ago. But his car was sold at an auction last week.
Of all the videos of Tim’s vlogs I’ve watched I can’t think of a time the Zenvo has been anything other than a show or parade car!? Other than a couple runway runs I can’t recall it ever been shown to be put through its paces. Am I wrong?
Nope, I don’t know why or what it is but something seems off with this car
Just want to say, I don’t know how far you’ve gone with the Merc, but don’t listen to manufacturers with oil change intervals, try to keep it between 3-5k miles. From experience with MANY cars over 250k, anything more than 5k is going to harm an engine especially if you’re keeping the car. And with an expensive AMG, I’d be making stops along this crazy route
Did you do the exhaust upgrade? Any other upgrades done or planned for the future?
You should carry an Autel or iCarsoft diagnostic tool with you in these trips. It will help get the fault codes associated with the error.
It might help get you going again on the road, or at least get you an advance plan of repair.
Love this car BTW, I was lucky enough to see it in person at FoS 2022, fabulous!
