People who have trauma might need to see a therapist. Just because you don't relate, doesn't mean that we should judge others and think that they don't need it either. Some people can be self taught, and some need teachers to help guide them. Same with a therapist, they help guide people and teach them coping mechanisms and how to deal with the pain. Having a Muslim therapist is best so that they can tie our Islamic lifestyle and teach the patient how to heal and move forward Insha'Allah.
It's true praying and connecting with Allah helps A LOT. but going to a therapist is like going to the doctor for physical ailments.
It is my understanding the therapist is for the brain and mind of sick people to be restored back to how it should be pre trauma and Allah is for the spiritually sick to connect and heal and stop yanking the gift of brain and creation of "mind" or "nufs" around like they are toys to be broken and discarded. That's not from Islam probably but therapists help many people who would have been shunned and been institutionalized just because they had mental health sickness that now can be cured or at least managed alhumdullila

3. Express your desperation/weakness but do not disparage/humiliate yourself.
3. Don’t attribute the hardship to Allah (SWT)
4. Don’t condition your worship with the alleviation of hardship
5. Connect the need to an attribute of Allah (SWT) and call upon to Him by that name.

Absolutely disrespectful to the integrity of the words to hear sounds in the background.
I straggle to believe in dua but I have made dua for different things but the result always opposite. So I felt Allah either hate me or abounded me.I tried to not to give up but I can’t help it because the outcome always negative. Can you help me with this thought how can believe without realty.
No, never doubt Allah! You may think that Allah does not hear you or ignores you, but that is not the case.
Allah hears you. And Allah responds to your dua in 3 ways:
1. by giving you what you want
2. by not giving it BECAUSE IT IS NOT GOOD FOR YOU
3. it is not yet time and he is waiting
Never doubt Allah. Maybe what you want from Allah is not good for you. Be patient and trust in Allah that is the best way. Trust in Allah.

Make a list of every good thing in your life starting with what you take for granted. For example, your heartbeat, your breathing, your eyesight, your ability to taste salty, sweet, sour & bitter. Include your beautiful family, a warm place to sleep, etc, etc, etc. You will not be able to stop writing. Then, praise Allah (swt) and praise Him again and again and again for all these things He (swt) has given you without your asking. Keep in mind, that your life as a Muslim (assuming you are one) is your greatest blessing of all. He (swt) chose you to be Muslim!! Allahu Akbar!! Then, see if you still feel your du'a is neglected. Also, maybe He (swt) is diverting some disaster from your path. Allahu 'alm.

i personally disagree about not insinuating that god put you in hardship because god is the creator of all things including evil , god is conciousness therefore god is both darkness and light . Darkness itself is just another spectrum of Light .

Their love for Allah has literally deprived us of any reason to complain to God now for ever...

Evil is not attributed to Allah. Evil comes about through messing up with the guidelines of the Creator of the Universe. Most people think pain is evil, when infact pain isn't evil. We were created to know and love allah before anyone or anything else. When we humans see our possessions as an extension of ourselves, that is when we go wrong. Surrender to Allah and yearning to meet Him and to live life in that state is what gives our hearts the most amount of comfort.
As for god being darkness, there's no such a verse but there's a verse that says God is light and he is light
I believe Saudis are actually Jewish decent. Their not even Muslims. This is why they don't help the Palestinians and aid Israeli and aided the US in other war crimes like 9/11. They created wahabism. Sunnies and Shias need to stand together. We have different school of thoughts even in our own sects we have different schools of throughts, no more arguing over petty stuff, we are in the end of times and we need to unite.
