Oh how fun! Love the start with one stitch OTFL . LOVE, LOVE love the Canadian designer SAL concept. I'm a proud Canadian and we truly do have fabulous Canadian designers. Thanks for the video ladies!
Thank you for spending time with us! We are still laughing at Sherylls one stitch! We hope to highlight more Canadian designers. If you have any suggestions, we would love to add them to our list! Happy stitching!🩷
Great to see more Canadian flosstubes. I live in Yorkton SK (moved from ont to sk for retirement). Interested in milk chocolate aida if you still have it.
Great wip parade, ladies. I very much enjoyed seeing all of your beautiful projects. You both are such a pleasure to watch and I'm so happy to support fellow canadians. Thank you for another wonderful video.
Thanks ladies, what a wonderful parade. You are enablers, I walked away with 14 patterns written down, and off to find Pinker and Punkin and check out Canadian designer Darlene Deon. Happy stitching
Fun WIP parade! I love seeing what everyone is stitching! Also, thank you for the nice shout out for Anna's Fruits of Plenty -- her white floss on charcoal linen is stunning!!! I stitched Winter Comes last winter and could not put it down. The border is unique and super fun to stitch. The whole piece has such a wintery vibe, even for this northern California girl. Happy Crafting! -Carolyn
Thanks so much for watching our video, Carolyn! I love watching Anna and you! I'm excited to get back to Winter Comes. It's a beautiful stitch! Happy stitching!🩷
Nice video. That's a lot of WIPs, and I got a lot of stitching done while watching. Thanks for the tip on the freebie house patterns. I never heard of Pinker and Punkin. The houses are just lovely. Will join your SAL at the Jingle Ball.
Your WIP parade was fabulous! I liked that you traded back and forth with your projects. So many beautiful designs! Thanks for all the time it took to put it together. See you at Jingle Ball!
Wonderful Video ! watched it in a few parts at a time :) lol I would love to finish the Winter piece - I still am a 14/16 ct aida stitcher and it is gorgeous - I love it - I will gladly pay postage to Ottawa:) I love Darlene and will love to start the SAL with you :) Also love the idea of supporting our Canadian Designers See you at Jingle Ball ❤
Thanks so much for watching our video! The parade was a lot of fun to film. We are sorry the winter piece has already been claimed. We are so glad you are going to join in on the SAL! Can't wait to see your progress! Hope we get to meet up at the ball! Happy stitching!
Cross My Stitches has A video from about two months ago, on how she softens aida. It didn't seem that you had much stitching in those pieces that couldn't be removed or started over,if the washing of the fabric is concern with overdyes. DMC would probably hold its' color.
Great WIP parade ladies! You really kept it moving! I saw many patterns you have that are also in my stash😊. I'm looking forward to your next video to see which ones will make Sheryll's top ten, and which ones Michelle will choose to work on. I got a lot of stitching done while watching, so thanks! 😂. Loved seeing it all!
Hey Sandy! Thanks for coming back and spending time with us! It was a fun video to do and a bit of an eye opener for me. LOL! Have an awesome week! Happy stitching!🐿
Michelle and Sheryll thank you for doing this video. There is a lot of work goes into it and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute. You both have such wonderful patterns and some were new to me. I would love to do a SAL and support a fantastic Canadian designer and Canadian flosstubers. The only one of Darlene's I have done so far is Happy Harvest. I do put winter decorations out when I take down my Christmas decorations. Happy stitching!
I knew there was a reason I saved your wip parade. You've been great company for part of the 24hrs of cross stitch. Love all your projects, saw some I'm interested in adding to my list for next year. Michelle I'm doing Little Things as well.
Great WIP girls. I saw some awesome charts I would like to stitch. I will be searching for the Primitive Merry Christmas Pillow chart by Abbey Road Designs-I love the fabric but you didn’t mention what it is. If you have a spare minute could please post it. I also like Canadian content and I will be checking out Darlene Deon! Well done and keep up the great work.
HI thanks so much for watching our video! I'm stitching the piece on 32 count Brash from Picture this Plus. Its the called for fabric. Its an awesome design and a lot of fun to stitch! Darlene is a fantastic crafter. Hope you join in on the SAL with us! Happy stitching!
Thank you for sharing your WIP parade with us!💚 Does 1 stitch count? First, I want to say that the decision is entirely up to the person with that start😊 My other thought on this is personal - how would I possibly know where I started on the chart or which direction to turn my fabric🤣🤣 You both made me laugh so many times! It is very fun to watch your interaction as long-time friends💚💚💚
Oh ladies….LOVED your WIP parade. A starts a start……yes Sheryll….one stitch counts 😂. Y’all made me laugh out loud a few times this episode. Thanks for that. 💗 Took notes as I saw a few that I need neeeeed. Thanks for that btw. I’ll definitely be doing your SAL. Have already purchased the pattern. She’s got such cute patterns. (I’ve even purchased a few of her quilting patterns.). Some day, I’ll find time to do them as they’re gorgeous. Thanks again for your enabling ladies. 💗💗💕 I look forward to your next video.
Hey Dawn! It was so fun, and I was in such denial with how many WIPs it would be for me. I'm glad you are joining our SAL. Use the #somuchsnowsal on Instagram. It's going to be fun!!
Absolutely brilliant WIP parade, so many great patterns & fabric. I have started Feast of Friendship with you both for World Cross Stitch Day but it kinda only got that day ☹️ It’s going to be my focus chart next Fall. Thanks for posting & really enjoy your channel 🙋♀️🇨🇦
@@sheryllohanley2993 thank you for the offer, I would take them in a heartbeat but I am left handed & my top leg of my cross probably goes in the opposite direction from yours. BTW, I do have a few of DarleneDeonDesigns patterns, not the Christmas one but maybe I’ll start one I have already with you both on Dec 1st It would be fun to stitch along 😊
Oh my goodness!! So excited that you ladies are using my pattern for your sal! Woohoo!! So much fun! Have you come up with a hashtag that I can follow? Your wips are great! Many that I have the pattern for, and several that I’ve done or have in progress! Thanks again ladies! ❤️🥰
I love WIP parades. Love the Heartstring Samplery on 36 ct Wood Smoke. Can you tell me where you found that Lakeside linen. I’m stitching Penny Pumpkin by Scarlett House. My friend and I must have called 30 shops to find a piece. I finally found a piece at a shop. She had a small piece that was all chopped up. She actually measured every inch of that chopped up piece and charged me $46. I can only use a tiny piece of it. I had bought from her before and been to her shop a few times. She lost a good customer. Thank you for any info
I am part of Homespun Sampler on Facebook. That is where they announce exclusive kits. I think it was Country Sampler in Spring Green, Wisconsin. Have you checked the Attic Cross Stitch shop. I know Lakeside Linen is very hard to find, and I don't understand why. I hope you are able to find it. Happy stitching, and thanks for watching our video!🩷
Had to laugh about the one stitch, 😊yes I did take a lot of notes. What is the name of the pattern on the shelf behind you, The November one? Hopefully I’ll be able to get the fabric for the sal, would love to join.
Hello girls - Winter and Autumn WIP and pattern would be welcome in my stash. I really enjoyed this parade. I have almost as many and I am going to work on my oldest 12 in 2024 for 1 week - one each month. That way they will move forward. I will intersperse smalls and other more recent new starts and I will try to cut down on starts until some old ones are done. We'll see how that will go, won't we!!🤣😂😛
Great to see all your projects. Join in on the Indigo Blue SAL, Michele!
