    also you can just use a broom stick and do shoulder breakers, that way you will get full range of movement no matter what.

      MrCosta1985 I think it might be a stretch mark either from getting all the gainz 2 fast or from growing too fast when he was younger. I have them there too.

    Isn't it harmfull for your shoulder when performing an excerise like this? Because shoulders aren't made to let your arms go backwards. Just curious because I might add this to my shoulder routine :)

    I have to thank buff dudes. This exercise is really not well known anymore. But they burn out the shoulders and traps at the end of a work out. This builds your traps like a mf. Women constantly give me so many hickies on my shoulders/traps.

    not how you do it ! do it old school like rocky II . all way up and down to build shoulders, this is not a mobility exercise
