From Shanghai to New York, having worked in fashion, tech and nonprofits, Stephany’s strives to create stories that knit together diverse backgrounds together. She is currently the COO and cofounder of League X, a branding agency focuses on empowering Chines brands. She believes that the most resonant and enduring stories are created at the intersection of curiosity and unexpected connections. A writer and traveler by nature, Stephany combines this sense of adventure with her more technical product-oriented background. Stephany has previously worked with Ralph Lauren, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, international nonprofit Covenant House and HTC-backed app Jiepang.

Some of the comments here are really harsh! I really enjoyed it; not everyone is a professional speaker. Sometimes we have to listen to the story and focus less on the delivery

I agree with everything she said and felt very motivated. This is exactly what I needed to hear given my difficulty dealing with reinvention in the face of change. But to be fair - we are not all the same. Our varying propensities and emotional habits sometimes compromise our ability to be the courageous and go-getting people we need to be at a specific moment. Choice is very important and it is the catalyst to positive change. But some people don't spend their choices wisely, because of how their inner self has been built to respond to keeping themselves merely going as opposed to boldly improving.

I respect your opinion it’s is quite beautiful however the only reason you could let go of your identity of being a victim was because it was first acknowledged those 3 years allowed you to properly feel all the emotions that came with the injustice of what was done to you and you would feel completely different if your story would have not been validated by others as what it was an abuse you have reached this healthy place because you were allowed to be the victim

Best wishes to you. It's easy to say you can, but depending on the circumstances, I don't see how you could. But depending on the circumstances, perhaps you can... Are they missing in the world somewhere or are they just not with you? You only get one life.... It's always your choice to use it the way you feel that you should.....

The message is mauled by the seemingly inauthentic delivery. It's like she's acting how she thinks authentic people act, when she should just drop it and be herself. Not in all cases, but I think I'd have loved this is she'd spoken off the cuff rather than memorized every word and action.
