It will go in, just takes persistence until the hole stretches a bit. Maybe undo the lace completely, stretch each hole that's a bit tight and start again? All the best 🙏

@@Sarinasinterlude The video shows how to do the lacing style. The third hole was particularly tricky. Stretch the hole first, that'll help. It is possible 😅 🙏

Don't thread the end of the laces back through to the front, tie a knot in each lace, to secure it inside.

If it's because the hole isn't big enough, you might need to stretch it a bit to fit the lace through twice.
