Coach Ken, one warming is for us that struggle with self love (not even realizing are full worth). Social media🚩allows for preditirs to examine who you are by what you share. Speaking from a 5 year off and on again experience which almost rendered me lost forever (till I had no choice to choose, I chose me) they reach out and start to create mental connection, so when they come to town, I felt so like it was the right one… Too long to explain, just wanted to point that out…be ware of manipulators.
