Teja garu small advice if you don't mind, mushrooms ni ala water lo vesi boil cheyatam kana, cut chesina mushrooms ni oka bowl vesi a bowl stove meda peti high flame meda peti.....knchm salt nd turmeric add chesi jz 5mins cook cheste mushrooms lo water vastayie 5mins ki stove off cheste mushrooms mostly cook ayipotayie....a water curry lo ki use chesukovachu.....apudu mushroom jarinatu, rubber ga feel vundadu, smooth ga vuntundi.... i jz follow this process, meku nachitene meku use avutundi anukunte ...... anyway palak mushroom a ruchi ki inka em sati radu definite ga I will try sir....
