We are so lucky to have Grasslands up here in the PNW -- they bring such wonderful creativity and massive flavors to their BBQ *and sides.* Glad y'all had an opportunity to experience their food!

As a Chicagoland native, 🙌🙌 for no ketchup on the hotdogs. Ketchup is around 1/4 sugar and used to mask poor quality beef in hotdogs. Hence, it being sacrilegious in Chicagoland.
