@@gluzhy8900 yes we got it fixed. First things first you need to have someone update your permissions in RM under "user web dashboard" have them enable it. Next We had to delete the installation and configuration and redo it. Then the printer label needs to be under 4" in order for it to print correctly. ignore the fact that the selection says 4" label, if you select it, it will print outside the label. Dont forget to change the setting to portrait instead of landscape, then you have to configure the actual label in the printer, there is a video from brother on how to do it. its tedious because you need to press and hold the pause button, then pull a label out, peel it off and roll it back leaving it sticking out just enough so you can press the clear part of the tape on the little sensor, close it and then press and hold the feed button. it will push out several labels but this aligns it so it will only print one label. I was able to finally get someone from RM/Broadlume to send me an email with a QR code to start the instructions, send me your email and i can send it to you.

@@gluzhy8900 before i forget, the USB connection was one of the biggest problems so we had to purchase a USB to ETHERNET converter to connect the printer to the network, i think that was the main solution to get it set up to the network.
