  • INGREDIENTS
    1 Eggplant
    1 Zucchini
    2 Tomatoes
    Salt
    FOR THE SAUCE
    2 Tomatoes
    2 Capia Peppers
    1 Onion
    2 Cloves of Garlic
    Olive Oil
    Salt- Black Pepper- Vinegar
    PREPARATION
    1 -) First, let's prepare our sauce. Let's dice 2 peeled tomatoes and 1 onion, and also finely chop the garlic.
    2-) Let's add olive oil to a pan. Let's add the chopped onions and garlic and fry for 5 minutes. Let's add the Capia Peppers and Tomatoes and cook them together for 10 minutes.
    3-) Let's put our sauce in a suitable bowl and put it through the blender.
    4-) Let's spread our sauce in a round baking dish and arrange the eggplant, zucchini and tomatoes that we cut into round circles on top
    5-) Let's cook our meal in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
    6-) Enjoy your meal.
