    Shed Repo?
Yes, just like cars and anything else that is financed.
Sheds are typically on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their rental payments we pick them up.
My wish is not for anyone to get anything repossessed but rather for everyone to make great decisions and prosper.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly, if you can't pay you can always voluntarily return it.
Here are a couple quotes we should live by:
Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it ... he who doesn't ... pays it. ― Albert Einstein
Live like no one else today, so you can live like no one else tomorrow. --Dave Ramsey
    Thanks for watching
    Have a great Day. Josh

One thing I learned from years of doing home foreclosures is that people are mostly embarrassed by their inability to pay and that comes out either as anger or as insecurity. I bet you'd rather not hear all the stories about how the shed got into repo status, just get in there, do the work, and get out. You are decent to the people you interact with, and that says a ton about your character.

One of the things I do is clean out rental properties after tenants leave, ( usually with the assistance of the sheriff.) I've cleaned out a cockroach house, a dog shit house, cat piss houses and a needle house from druggies and a bunch of hoarder houses. The one thing videos can't show you is the stink.

Maybe try drilling a few holes in the side plates of the wheels. That would allow you to run some wood screws through into the frame support. It seems they always send you out to the most difficult locations and you always have to deal with a bunch of junk all around these Sheds. And crap inside them too.

Buildings can be replaced, a broken mind is a terrible waste. Mental illness is no laughing matter. I only hope they get the help that they really need ... I was just thinking about what would have made it easier to get the one down that winding mud road with all the ruts and wondered if you have enough of them that were in a similar situation, what if instead of wheels on the dolly you had a set up with skis or better yet two snow boards on each instead of the 2 wheels, and if you had them attached with some springs or struts so they could move up and down independently it would be less likely to go sideways on you..... I'm sure there is probably something already made as the people that make that stuff are smarter and more experienced than I. It's always fascinates me to see a "new use" of cool machines I've seen other trades use being fit for a totally different job. Thanks for sharing your adventures with us AND as I always end up saying when I comment on this channel, it's good to know there are kind, thoughtful people out there doing jobs like this where it's easy to think that everyone not making their payments are some sorta irresponsible jerks when the truth is sometimes people are just down on their luck and just because you are there to recover property doesn't mean you have to be harsh and cruel. A little bit of kindness goes a long way.

There's an old saying, "easy to get but hard to keep", people think they want it so they go get it and set about turning it into a reflection of who they believe they are on the inside. Then they find it costs more than they can afford and someone else has to deal with their mess. If they could see themselves as The Father sees them, how precious they are in His eyes they wouldn't desire or accept flimsy attachments that is so overpriced they cant keep up the repayments and would blow over in the next strong wind, they would demand quality at an affordable price or would build it themselves and their whole life would be transformed by seeing the world through new eyes and hard work.

Told the guy we had no spare receiver and we would repair his and bring it back . Put the receiver in the back of the truck because it was full of roaches. It went in the trash and the parents went to jail and the kid went with CPS. At least you don't have to go into house and deal with the people. Can't say how many satellite dishes and receivers I have repoed but it was way too many.

I am thinking of having a lofted larger shed put on the acre I have next to my house, then having it finish off with solar, water storage and be partially self sufficient, then selling my house and the acre it's on. Might look at CLEAN repos. I think I will be cleaner and pay cash, lol. My house is almost 3000 SQ footage and it's too big for me. There are nice sheds out there. It would be a cheaper alternative.
