If you don't know what sound is made on this type of personified fear, it's just glass breaking but reversed with an echo on the end, on the fearful harmony sound, it's just the normal PS1 chimes but in their normal pitch.

I think of it as: after the startup Sony Entertainment intro appears and fades out, the system lags and gets stuck with the black screen and the startup chimes that plays. The same thing happens with Fearful Harmony. I simulated the personified harmony by clicking and holding the ePSXe window which causes the app to freeze, Just install a sound plugin and the sounds will continue playing while the game freezes thinking you will drag the window around. Correct me if I'm wrong
The PlayStation text actually makes the chime and the bottom text of it makes the sound, The PlayStation logo makes the normal sound when the disc is read.
You know it's weird now, having heard each sound individually I can tell how corrupted it is because it's just taking forever to play each sound one at a time in some instances.

I’ve been trying to get this, nothing seems to work, I’ve been trying to change the cd mid game or while it’s starting, hell I even tried to put printer software in it, and it is a scpn-5xxx (scpn-5501)
The trick I did here was to just *drag and hold* the window of ePSXe, surely you will "freeze" the CPU and cause the sound to continuously play. (unless you have an audio plugin)
Usually this (and personified fear, this is fearful harmony) is caused by mod chips, bios corruptions, and like what you said, unreadable/damaged/foreign disks Edit: the forbidden image can also be caused by these
