I just love how Anton shows his process. Most of the RUclipsrs now just wants to look good and cool. Anton is not afraid to show that he's a normal human being that fails a lot of times and sometimes risk looking silly which is honestly the best part because he is taking us in a journey.
Seeing all the attempts and work you put in is inspiring Anton, great respect for you. You can really see if pay off in "Day 3". Love the commitment you put into things you decide to try. Thanks for bringing us along. Yay!
Your philosophy is really inspiring and illustrates perfectly talent vs hard work : talent is worthless, only work makes you shine, and god damn do you shine Anton, like a sun
So much content, so much YAY 1. It's great to see Sean becoming more adventurous and less safety - yay 2. As the video went on, who ever was filming was coming up with some great camera angles, especially that moving shot at 16:09 - yay 3. I think making the wing nut swing made it a little easier because it was (maybe) about 300mm further out than when it was just hanging static - yay 4. I found our little ninja friend first time (I'm not going to put the time down, people have to find him their self) - yay 5. Anton may have to go back to Mexico to the rehab centre to see Dr Hasegabe - not yay 6. Anton, you are an amazing person, thank you so much for sharing your life, thoughts and adventures with everyone - YAY
What you're saying about how you need to practice 4 times more than your peers reminded me of Cristiano Ronaldo. He said he doesn't have a natural talent for football but he works/practices more than anyone else. These mindsets are so inspiring!
loving the Rùngne hoodie, little pressie from Magnus? 😋 he just did a vid on breaking world records, would be cool next time you guys hook up if you did this together, see how many world records you two could beat between you.
wow that nuts, really.15:32 this is like f flying, that's sick - Tarsan style, totally 16:45 wow, crazy yeah, and showing efforts involved - yeah, its good thing to know, insane
I love you 😭 Something that really spoke to me was when you talked about putting 4x as many attempts into learning a skill as others do. As a med student I take 4 times the hours to learn the same thing my classmates do, and I usually complain. Seeing how successful, energetic, and just awesome you are makes me wanna be more like you and appreciate the added effort we put into things - yay
I have a day off today and an exam tomorrow. Watching a video like this does not feel like procrastination; It is pure inspiration. Right time to discontent and get on with it.
Your persistence and self motivation is incredibly inspiring. Also just your relentless positivity is infectious. I am so glad I was able to find out about you from watching Juji and Tom and Magnus! Keep on being awesome Anton!
I was reading through the comments, everyone is so supporting you really deserve it, the hard work you put on is commendable it inspires me a lot you just keep trying over and over again, that's an amazing drive so much commitment and will to accomplish your goals, I want to have half of your motivation and drive, please keep up the good work your content is getting better and better, once again thank you!
I subscribed to this channel, because I saw Anton in some videos on Magnus' channel and Juji and Tom's channel, and he seemed like a cool, down-to-earth dude, but I honestly didn't expect to watch any of the videos, because I don't really have a big interest in Ninja Warrior. However, this has become one of my favourite RUclips-channels. It's a lot of fun and very interesting to see how much effort ninja-athletes put into learning new moves.
Absolutely amazing. Often I don't push myself thinking some things will be damaging to the body rather than beneficial but you show us here how you can always find solutions and just pure hard work.
Every video you make gets me pumped to go try to be better. After my finger surgery, your videos made me want to get it healed as quickly as possible to get back out and be active again. Thank you so much for sharing the struggle and not just the outcome. I love seeing your progress!
5:45 i was legit sitting with mouth open straight for 1 minute. So well edited and insane work had to be done to edit the video, im not even talking about filming and trying to do all of this stuff. This is I N S A N E, Anton !
I would really like to know like your daily routine. When you sleep because you mostly "workout"(train) at night. it's understandable because there is no people at the gym, but your biorhythm has to be swapped. It's not a problem for you?
Haha. He told me the other day that I should be getting 8+ hours of sleep...but he rarely gets more than 5 and making this video he got 1-3 hours several days! He’s right though. 8 hours+ makes a huge difference.
@@PapalNinja Time for you to lay down the law. "You need to get proper rest young man, or you'll never heal!" :) (Now that I think about it, I don't know how old either of you are. I imagine you to be around my age (35) and him to be like 4-6 years younger, but I'm bad at age estimations, so maybe he's older than you....)
Love love love love love seeing all the hard work you put into things! And also what you said about having to put in 4x the work as those who are naturally skilled. I wish more people (including me) understood this concept and were willing to try and fail a lot of times instead of only doing things they are naturally good at!
Over a thousand likes and 0 dislikes at the moment. This is what pure gratitude looks like. Your work is amazing Anton. You are such an awesome inspiring person. I love your vibe. Watching your ninja skills helped me get my lazy body up from the bed and start working out again. Thank you
Congrats on nailing that move, looked really tough. Love seeing you push yourself as far as you can! Long term projects are cool, but whatever you're enjoying the most will always be the best content!
It is always nice to see these kind of stunts, but it's even better to see what it takes to get there. It this is what I love about you and your channel. I had spine surgery 7 months ago. Soon after that I have found your channel, so all these time you've been great inspiration and motivation for my long long recovery.
Totally down for seeing you create more challenges and projects for yourself. I feel the "Fuck yeah!" moment when you get it too. I'm cheering for you!

This is amazing to watch, your drive is so inspiring :). And yes, these types of videos are very interesting, setting a challenge and showing the process over the course of the week/weeks, I think it's something people are naturaly interested to see (plus, it shows how much thought/time you put in to it). This video blew me away, the amount of force through your shoulders must have been immense! Really glad that you got it in the end and didn't have any injuries that you couldn't recover from. You are a madman ninja and I love it =)

Hey Anton ! Great video as always! Was wondering if you could do a video on recovery and rehab. You're a man of many injuries as we've seen in the Full Body Inspection video, so it would be a great insight as to how you come back so quickly and deal with so many of them.
Respect Anton! I’ve been following your channel since Midtbo and Juji and I’m super happy that you have got your channel up and running. You seem like an incredibly nice guy and I love your work ethic and the way you handle difficulty. That was one of, if not the most crazy ninja tricks I’ve ever seen. Keep it up man! Yay!
This was honestly amazing. It's crazy what you can do when you set your mind to it and just pratice over and over. Well done! I'm looking forward to more projects, but please be carefull when repeating the same stuff over and over again so you don't get injured, I know you like to give everything and you are a real athlete that takes the risks of the sports, but it's not worth it to have an injury that stays.
At the beginning you show the massive ammount of effort it takes, and after a few minutes of video and insanely good editing, wow. You make it look so effortless when it actually requires a lot of skill. The process is perfectly portrayed. 5:44 Flying little ninja! hi! It almost seemed you were flying upwards. So cool! You're so consistent you seem tireless. Such an inspiration. Also, don't you feel dizzy after 157 attempts? I understand why you guys put the bar to grab while standing. Drink enough water, please. Don't dehydrate! 💧 I love how you specify the number of hours between sessions. It makes us grasp the idea of how you spend more time on the gym than outside. 🕐 You always put the content Sean doesn't want on the videos, it's hilarious hahahaha 😂 You need to find the right timing while the wingnut is swinging in order to backflip and grab it. It makes it even more impressive. Last day you grabbed it almost every time. What a progress! With so many huge falls, are your ankles feeling fine? About muscle stress on your brachioradialis (forearm), if continuous, it can lead to tennis elbow. Be careful about straining it so much. Maybe doing it less times each day, but working on it a higher number of days wouldn't be so harmful. Careful with your jaw. Clenching it can cause teeth damage. Work on proprioception paying attention to how it feels before making the moves. And if it feels stiff after the workout, you can, while your mouth is a bit opened, massage your jaw muscles in a circular motion, opening and closing the mouth a few times in order to help it relax. Sorry about such a huge comment. It's getting worse every time. I promise I'll learn how to summarize! About the first comment, it's not with evil intentions.
