"Metro" and "train" are used interchangeably...Now I'm confused 😞 How do you get to the City Centre by train? Would I need to change trains if I'm going to Absalon Hotel in the City Center? Thanks

I am probably a little late in answering this, and I guess it depends on how one defines city center. If you want to go by the metro to the central train station, you do have to change lines. If one is considering Kongens Nytorv the city center, then no, no need to change lines.
