Joe I have a question for you. I'm currently working an unpaid fulltime internship to get some experience, and honestly I've learned a lot. Unfortunately the company has no cashflow and is staffed entirely by interns, so part of my responsibilities now involve agile management, hosting standups, and helping newer interns with their tasks. Truth be told, I don't even code that much at my coding job anymore! I definitely feel ready to move on, but I find that I don't have much time to work on my portfolio anymore while keeping a healthy work life balance, so now I'm debating handing in my notice to focus on job hunting full time. Do you think that's a good idea? Is it worth staying so I can say on Linkedin that I have ongoing experience, or can it be damaging to be at an unpaid internship for too long?

Experience is experience. Use it to your advantage. Took me awhile to break in so you need to pad your resume with experience (however you go about that with internships or projects)
