Interest rates come down slightly so maybe more folk getting a bit more confident about the economy. DVLA don't take your licence off you if you are deaf.........maybe had too many sherbit dabs 🥴🍺🍺🍺🍺
Only had one since I started on this pitch last year, a mini cooper S. Just don't seem to come across them as much these days in the auctions
My Kia is on 125k sweet as a nut. Take care of anything needing oil and you'll be good.

Do you think Kia have problem with clutch / gearbox, sold my Ceed as 2nd gear started to become very difficult to select, and clutch could make a strange noise even when only 6 months old. I know small Hyundai definitely have this issue.

great info on the mokka, out of curioity and a little advice if i may ask, at some point in next few week im going to be looking for a new car and keep seeing mokka's is there any faults with these cars as i have never owned a SUV and usually stick to ford focus's also i am looking at 2017 plate diesel suv's any recommendations on a strong reliable versions of SUV's would be awesome, i am also seeing lots of Ssangyong Tivoli on the market pretty cheap have you ever heard of these.
Curious Lee. Given that most cars have some sort of air con nowadays, and on older cars system may not work anymore, do you sell those cars with air con listed as non working or do you go to the expense of fixing them?
I've had a few Qashqais with what appears to be the radio not powering up. Every time it has been a dead display screen. They can be replaced.
next time I buy a car, I'm going with my bike, just to see the reaction

I had a Sportage brand new at the time, developed the same problem in gear number three
Lucky they had a long warranty on them covering the engine and box

I'm currently looking to buy a used car; first time in about 11 years. As usual I select which marques & models I want and thoroughly do my research. And so far:
2 dealers have misrepresented the trim level.
1 dealer has and *still is* lying about the car having a particular factory fitted option when it does not.
1 car looked very suspect; far to much interior wear for the mileage.
1 car looked really clean, great interior & paintwork but had major rust issues underneath.
1 dealer, a used car supermarket took *3 working days* to get back to me about a vehicle.
I'm looking at used cars in the mid range (5-figure) and to be honest it's been pretty shocking to find that even here dealers are just as scummy as they are at £2k-£5k.
Retailing is like that, you have busy periods and slow periods, you will get used to it 👍

It is Tuesday afternoon and the sun has been shining on the world today.. Anyway they have tiny little RVs in Japan. Have you considered importing them to the UK. They are perfect for the UK market. They even have the steering wheel on the wrong side.
Synchro repair on 345 and 6 is way to go. Otherwise you may have same problem again.

when is the Jag coming? it almost have become like the yellow Fiat 500 and it will be great content as well as the Zafira a great familycar and a cheaper alternative to a Verso or a S Max
I had a 1.5 diesel megane same model as that silver one for12 years , rear brakes did tend to clog up a lot , apart from wear on drivers seat a decent car .
Ever get any 500 abarth or 595 abarths in id be interested especially with all your preparation you put into your vehicles you come accross as very trustworthy hope businesses goes well for you

What would you recommend for distance sales, a small car that holds out (not much grief [either way]). Thank you.
aygo c1, yaris, 107, and later models but only the 1.0 engine. micra is another. Also 1.6 focus don't give much issues.

Synchros are a common problem on that box there are updated ones available to cure that problem my mate does them all day long so be careful with any second hand box

@@Seolfor007 not sure on what year but definitely modified rings particularly on 3rd 4th 5th and 6 gears are replaced

people are coming back from holiday and they've got paid. interest rates have dropped, stock prices and gold are up and we finally appear to have a stable government. good omens for August trading.

Lee needs to get a hold of an old ford Capri 2.8 injection do review on it take it for a spin . That would push the numbers up but Lee would have to be careful with all the power going to the rear wheels 😉.🏴🏴
