Thanks for posting this vid bro. I actually just ordered this system. Im coming from a straight pipe. Only 2 weeks of straight pipe on my 75th anniversary and its drove me insane.
Love the new exhaust, I've been wanting to hear that system on the PW. I think I'm going to go with the MBRP on my 2021 PW, Keep the great content coming.👍
I have the same setup, in regard to the tip, I took and cut my pipe off maybe an inch or two and now it sits flush. just take the tip off cut it with a Sawzall and reinstall! I enjoy my setup, but I too came from a straight pipe and went to this setup and sure enough I miss that obnoxious sound but when towing our 12k camper its very nice and peaceful.
I'm going to take that advice to make the tip look cleaner. I def would not want to tow straight piped! Especially long distance trips. Maybe I am getting old....
I do get a slight drone, in comparison to my old setup, however, it is not loud. If you are coming from stock to a more opened up exhaust you are always going to get more feedback but I would hardly call it unbelievable.
It’s between this and the Borla S type. I’m ordering long tube headers and midpipes/high flow cats to not only get gains from my HHP heads, cam, and tune but to get rid of that fucking squeaking these Power Wagons have in the harmonics of the cats. As far as the ProCal snap, it was fairly easy dude. Read and follow the directions to a T. I have a 22 Power Wagon Level 3.
How is the ride in your truck? The whole time you were talking, during the in-cab footage, it seemed like it was quite bumpy. Just curious if it's factory suspension or not. Exhaust sounds pretty good!
HD trucks are always going to ride stiff but the powerwagon is probably hands down the best 3/4 ride you're going to get. But yes, this is what I sound like on crap highway roads lol
My 2021 P/W is in for a Carli Back Country lift suspension now.. Looks like they found the left side exhaust tip is contacting body. Thats most likely the culprit of the severe drone. BTW.. You gotta great looking rig. What lift do run?
So, is that essentially a resonator delete then since you added the muffler and 4" pipe to the tip? Sounds great, I have been hesitant doing a cat back because of the drone.
Correct, no resonator, the muffler itself is still large enough to cut out most drone. It's a mellow tone overall but it has great feedback on acceleration.
Hi, I love the look with the Raceline wheels. Not the typical Methods or AEV wheels you see on PWs. Was there any bore gap? Did you need any hub rings?
This setup has much less (almost no drone) compare to my last setup. It's a beefy muffler but you won't see a big ugly resonator sticking out of the back.
It sounded loud but like shit to start with. Then you spend $1000 for that mbrp garbage and it is quieter then stock and has terrible drone bro.. dude return that shit.. why do all these ram 6.4’s sound like massive shit with that weird exhaust leak noise? $70k truck sounds like a $2500 beater with broken manifolds lol..

lol yeah it got old quick. The new system has been great thus far.

Thanks, I've been enjoying it so far!
Just checking in, are you still liking the new exhaust? I'm still on the fence about the MBRP...
Sounds good bro! Just got my hands on a 2019 power wagon… can’t wait to start some minor modifications!
The exhaust swap definitely adds more character to the PW
Literally in the air right now with trading in my Challenger Widebody for a 2021 PW.
They’re cool trucks I’ve got one
I loved both my Chargers (RT and SCATPACK) but having a truck is worth it for me.
@@combatoffroad man, I’m tempted, I’ll look into it more thx
I just saw your carven setup and thought DAMN! That’s your answer lmao

@@combatoffroad oh I'm getting old and I love having a lifted truck but damn sometimes I like driving our car a little more than I should. lol
Unbelievably drone at hwy speeds and MDS activation for 2021 Ram PW
I do get a slight drone, in comparison to my old setup, however, it is not loud. If you are coming from stock to a more opened up exhaust you are always going to get more feedback but I would hardly call it unbelievable.
Yes, drone is insane
Love it! Thanks for bringing it through brotha!
you killed it!! should have tried just loosing the dump off and ran it all the way out. don't get me wrong it sounds good but not the same brother.
I've been enjoying it as is
Nice vid, great sound. 👍👍
thanks!
Nice!! Sweet color also!
What tire and wheel setup do you have

Way better than removing the muffler
Mbrp makes good exhaust I have one on my wagon
only issue is I did not get the stainless steel and it did rust out fairly bad.
I like that been looking at the mbrp you have part number?
MBRP: S5149AL link in the description
Still sounds nice and aggressive.

You can tell it's factory by those blue and yellow Bilstein shocks.
Is that sound from the lifters?!

Nice sound brother
Thanks! Enjoying it so far.
Any mpg difference?
Sounds good, nice tone and not too loud!
It's been great so far, no regrets! Actually, it puts the baby to sleep on long trips lol
@@combatoffroad lol
I like the set up but would be scared of crushing the exhaust tip off roading with it.
Same.. but its a few allen key spins away from removal and no worries!
Put the same on my 2020 Power Wagon. Very happy with it 1 year later. Dont put a cold air kit on it , you wont like it like me :)
I was on my way to get one too... what don't you like?
Why don’t you like the cold air kit on it? I’m about to pull trigger on one. Thanks!
what rims are those ? thanks so very much
These are called Clutch by Raceline wheels
I can see your fuel level drop each time you hit the gas hard haha I know the pain #makegascheapagain

Leave your resonator ON
@@Bowiehair makes it sound even better or what?
What size tires are you running?
37
@@combatoffroad - Are you using an aftermarket suspension kit? If not, do you have issues with your tires rubbing when turning or at full flex?
Do you have the factory spare tire or the 37”? I have 35’s on my PW and it’s a pain to put the spare in the factory location.
factory 33, but once I swap it to full size 37 it will have to be relocated.
Nice truck.
Question sir...those are 40s (tires)? Any lift or stock suspension?
Looks like 37x17s. 40s require special fenders
These are 37x10.5" tires and the suspension is stock.
@@combatoffroadЗдравствуйте! А размер дисков r17 или r18?
What size wheels and tires do you have on yours? Are they a negative or positive offset?
37x12.5 Toyo RT and 17x8.5 - 0 offset
Hi, I love the look with the Raceline wheels. Not the typical Methods or AEV wheels you see on PWs. Was there any bore gap? Did you need any hub rings?
Should have done duals imo
How’s the drone? Want to keep it quite but the stuck exhaust looks so bad
Stock*

I have the same exhaust. At 17-1900 it does drone in the cab
How you doing?~what a incredible sharing-goodbye!, 👽
Kindly sir I need to buy transfer case shifter for ram 2500 dodge power wagon 2018
Anyone know how to get rid of that sqeaking sound on these HEMI's? Super annoying
Get a ford
the first one terrible droning noise.
Aluminized…oof. You’ll pay now or you’ll pay later.
def was a bad idea not to get stainless steel.... that thing was a rust bucket
