@@billycheng2800 Well I generally use single point auto focus initially before pressing record. So in this film no tracking, continuous auto focus or even manual focus pulling what so ever.

Hi, I'm only using the Olympus 12 mm F2 through out the whole video. To pull off the slow motion simply record in 60 fps and edit it in 24 fps.
