The sense is this Alexander the great did not rebuild the temple. he offered but it was refused and after his death, artemision was rebuilt again. Yeah what's the problem? without his offer the temple not rebuild or not like a wonder of ancient world
@@flippedprof you're wrong, the local people did want it rebuilt, just not by alexander, an outsider with a different religion who claimed to be a god himself. About why it was rebuilt: Alexander had absolutely nothing to do with it.
This is not the Artemis image i am used to seeing. I favor the one i have seen of her reaching for her arrows wearing a tunic girded at the waist. THAT is the real ARTEMIS!
It's Art'emis and Artemis'ion (zion) no (jan) or (jon). It's time the english pronunciation to get less wild and to come in some order according to the authentic.
Great job Silvia Natali! And everyone involved. This was exactly what I was looking for.
Many thanks! Silvia is the voice me 3d reconstruction :)
Grazie mille. Ho molta gratitudine per il tuo lavoro.

Incorrect - Alexander wished to help in the reconstruction but the Ephesians politely declined.
