I am an office worker working in my office at home so my clothes have no grass stains, mud or blood stains and I find the 30min and 1hr settings completely adequate for normal clothing, towels, sheets etc. This machine is silent, uses less water, less electricity, takes less time and washes stuff cleaner than my old AEG machine.

I have iq500 WU14Q48XES 8kg. Somebody. Knows which is the ECO program?. In the manual read that some program spend 80 litres, another 46 litres, etc. But in the ecoinfo when use cold wash it seems more expensive that if use 60°C. I don't understand
Both brands Siemens and Miele are very good, but we always lean towards Siemens as i feel they offer better value for money. Although miele appliances are well built, they look a bit dated compared to Siemens so it would have to Siemens for me.
Hello. I have another model of the iq300 washing machine. On my machine it only shows the degree while I am adjusting it, while it is washing it does not show on the display. I am a bit insecure about how to change it. Does it wash in 90 degrees if I push the button until 90 shows or do I have to do something more to choose 90?
When you are selecting the programme, you can adjust the temperature on the display, and as long as you can select 90 degrees, then it will wash at that temperature. If you select a wash like woolens, then the machine will not let you wash at a high temperature. All you need to do is select the programme with 90 degrees on it and it will wash on that. Hope this helps.

I got a little insecure as the degree shows up on the display that shows the time of the program, so when I stop pushing the degree button the degree setting will not show anymore, only the time of the program. Please somebody help me I have 6kg Siemens front load machine having 1000 rpm.problem is that at spinning time it’s move from place and running it’s so dangerous how it fix on place
It may be that one of the springs has come loose around the drum. If you can remove the top of the machine and check that the concrete on the drum is in place and that the springs are all attached. If one has come off or broken then it will not spin correctly. Good luck!!
Couple of suggestions. First of all make sure you are washing a good size load, not just a couple of items. If you only wash a couple of items then it won't be able to adjust the load to spin properly. Also just check to make sure the drain is not blocked or getting blocked that the water goes out of. If it is starting to get blocked then no water will be able to exit the machine and it will not spin and drain properly.
From our experience, i would normally recommend Siemens as the reliability is very good and customer service has been excellent as well. Try and look for a model that is energy efficient though as you can save a lot of money on running costs by going for an energy efficient model.

I have a problem with consistency. I can programme the machine i.e Select/temp/spin speed … press “start” and it “beeps” twice and won’t start. I then go through the same process 3 or 4 times and it eventually starts. Also, sometimes for no reason it will not spin even though I have followed the instructions and followed the same process.
It sounds like it could be a door lock issue. It could be that the door needs a nudge shut, or try turning the power off and on again. if not it may need an engineer to visit to properly diagnose the issue.
The key is normally a child lock option. It is used so that you can select a programme, enable the child lock and then little fingers cannot come along and change the programme on the machine.

I didn’t wash my army oil sodden tank suits for 60 minutes These machines are like modern cars Totally unnecessary digital crap which is not needed to wash your clothes and also make it impossible to repair or to use. Do not buy one Find a normal recon one with a warranty and simple controls

My emergency handle has gone up the socket, which you showed in the right side of the machine inside the small circle down. What should I do??
I think i understand the question, it should be ok, but you may not be able to open the door in an emergency. I think it may clip back on.
Does it have a sensor to weigh the dirty clothes and displays on the screen as you place it inside the machine before washing?
It doesn't weigh the clothes, but it will normally recommend the load to put in for each wash

Just got this machine, Siemens ISenoric, mine is 9kg. But unfortunately my Clothes is not draining the water out of the Clothes any idea?

This became auto locked how can open door can you advise its given key locked while its on.
You will normally need to wait until the wash has finished before opening the door.
Can you turn off the beeping when the cycle has ended?? So loud and annoying.

I think on this model if you press the speed perfect button it should shorten it.

The key symbol is normally a child lock, so have a look in the instructions as it should show you how to disable it

Do NOT buy any modern Siemens washing machine. bearings CAN'T be replaced on purpose!
Unfortunately a lot of manufacturers have sealed drums now where the bearings cannot be changed which can be frustrating.
