This week I recap a few things from Club Shay Shay and I even talk about how I got locked down in Jacksonville. I’m starting to realize that most of the hateful comments that are directed towards me come from miserable women. I also dive into my relationship with my family and how it feels non existent, but does that make me the bad guy? And the biggest story that came across my feed was the dad who jumped another dad because his daughter kept getting bullied and wouldn’t stop. What are your thoughts on this? Hi Gary, loved your interview on club Shay Shay, thank you for being so transparent.I wanted to let you know my oldest daughter didn't speak to me for 9 years after my divorce from her father. I made a lot of mistakes. One day she told my mom we should all go to lunch. I listened to her and made amends. Don't give up five minutes before the miracle.
My mother and I had the same issue for about nine years. I wish we were closer. I wish she wouldn’t have shut me out and turned her back on me. I really needed her. Even as an adult!
Hey Gary man as a divorced kid it took me a long time to get right with my father. I got it after I had my own kids. So always keep the door open for your kids to walk in on their own terms. Keep the faith my man Godspeed 🙏

Hang in there Gary. Just want to say I truly appreciate you being so transparent with what’s happening. I’m losing a lot of respect for the entertainment world recently with all the stuff coming out & Diddy, etc. so you talking your truth is helpful to me. Anyway, keep in there with your kids, if you truly love them then they will see that. Just make sure they know you know you f*cked up & you are working on your life. They will come around.

Gary sometimes we come from toxic families. My family can’t all get together for any family gathering because of alcohol. There’s always some kind of arguing. I don’t go around my family very much since I quit drinking. I still hear all about their drama. I protect my peace by all means! That being said, I spend the majority of my time alone. ♥️🙏🏼
Right, I distance myself and when there's a family function, I limit my time.

It’s so easy to judge someone and come to conclusions when they’re so transparent….. because most people try their hardest to hide almost everything true about themselves. You going through it, and I feel you. I’m going through it too, like you I’m still GOING THROUGH IT THO. 🚶🏻♂️
You def got an L on that lawsuit. Ignore it and let him hire his own attorneys to go against you. You literally have nothing to hide and the movie was based on a movie already written decades earlier. That 110k was finessed.

I feel you shipmate. When you change and others don’t around you they make it seem like it’s something you’re doing wrong. When you realize their struggles are not yours they deem you as the bad guy.

Gary... respectfully, do not ever take responsibility or feel guilty for anyone's poor choices or bad relational behavior. This is good advice. Don't take responsibility for your grown children's refusal to communicate with you. They are choosing to be selfish, like their mother. She is at the head & foot of this. Do not allow your grown children on their terms to manipulate you in order for you to be a part of thier lives again. You did everything you could do and then some. Protect your peace.

Hi Gary, not sure if you will see this.
Long time fan, first time poster. I want to address a couple of things that just won't get out of my mind.
Firstly, yes, there are a lot of bitter women out there who pretty much get triggered and say that when you cheat, your kids will hate you. As bitter as these women may be, don't be so quick to throw out the baby with the bath water, there is some truth to it.
My dad cheated and what was going through my mind was, "I get it, he had to work, he had to earn a living so we can have a better life, but while he was cheating, he wasn't working and he wasn't with my mother..... why would he prioritize another woman over us?"
The thing is, when you cheat, you don't just betray your wife, you betray your kids, you betray the memories you built, and you cheat your kids out of the time that you could have spent with them - and if you had a religious ceremony and you have true faith, you betrayed your god. This is something that spouses who cheat don't quite seem to grasp. It is not just you and the other woman in that bed.
After some time, I did reconcile with my dad, but it also took some introspection on his part. As long as you don't see your part in creating the drift in your relationship, it may never heal. There is a really good article that is called 'The Missing Reasons'. In summary, it is about how estranged parents always talk about how they don't understand why their children don't want anything to do with them, when in reality their children are making it clear to them all along.
There is a difference between reasons that your children are giving you for having no contact with you and reasons that you are willing to accept as valid reasons.

People be acting like there's no entire family systems that are completely rotten from the core. If you're the one that got away, it's no flex to remain around unless you want your life to be destroyed. One can be the common denominator in some cases, but one can also be the one that got away. Not everyone has the luxury to have a functional environment and that can be multiple people. Optics aren't favorable for the one in question from the outside, but that doesn't mean he or she is the problematic one. 🙏

That's the problem with attorneys. THEY DON'T EFFIN KNOW LAW!!! And even if they did, THEY CAN'T TELL YOU. So, your money is with the court, GARY! The court gets paid from whatever the guy was charging you with. All cases BY LAW must have INSURANCE (Miller Act). So, an Insurance was created for ATLEAST the amount that the guy claims you owed him (Normally the insurance policy is in the Millions). So, what, the deal? YOU NEED TO MAKE A CLAIM TO THE COURT FOR THE INSURANCE! Why didn't an attorney/lawyer tell you this? BECAUSE THEY WOULD GET DISBARRED! But Diva knows :) .

God bless you. I'm a mother and I divorced my husband. He was a cheater ànd abusive. I still allowed their father have a relationship. I was taught to leave the children out of it. Your x is evil. Forgive her pray for her. Ask her to stop putting the kids in it.
Sometimes we have to self-reflect because it just may be us that's the problem. It's hard to see, then accect the flawed things about ourselves. But when everyone in our lives are no longer there, it's not everyone else. However, two things can be true, of you're healing and you're the problem. But, I can say, every time you came to Harrah's New Orleans, you were always really nice and down-to-earth. Just give it time. But take the criticism and learn from it. People that have been cheated on will feel that way, but don't just blame it on women and gay men. Try to step out of yourself and see it from another perspective. 🙏🏾

Maybe it’s not fair to say that’s what you get but it seems like those “miserable people” are correct and that’s how your kids feel. Maybe if you stop making light of it in public and truly take accountability to them in private things get could better. It’s not that big to you but it seems to be to them. Your kids probably feel betrayed like time you spent with other women was taken from them. Send them a message apologizing for that lost time it might help. But I don’t know I don’t think you deserve this much hate from them but I’m not them don’t know how they feel.

U made excuses for everything. No, men that cheat do NOT deserve to be kept from their kids. What HAPPENS is the kids SEE mom crying, they HEAR HER in her room on the phone talking to friend/family about everything. When I cry my kids cry so I try to hide but sometimes you cant. I think off camera Gary is an A-Whole to ppl… on camera he comes off really all nice, understanding & victimized… I don’t buy it at all! He played one of my closest homies who is a comedian named Nate Washington from Chicago but he live in Ohio… if yall hear Nate’s store yall would look at on camera Gary a lil different
