In this video, I'm bring you something new! I'm calling it "Cryptic Doubles"
A side-by-side, guided solve of the Cryptic Crossword from the Daily Telegraph from 13th May 2024.
A couple of weeks ago I asked for a volunteer to appear on screen with me so that they can, with help from me when needed, solve a Cryptic Crossword.
Conor, based in Rome, bravely put his hand up and you can now see the result. Recorded on 13th May 2024, I had great fun making this with Conor today. He was a star! I had a few tech teething issues but hopefullly tjis doesn't spoil your enjoyment of the video.
This is an ideal watch for any beginner looking for tips and tricks of cryptic crossword solving.
