That 5.0Ah beat the 6.0Ah and 8.0Ah Forge…. And the 12.0Ah forge won by like 1/5 of a second compared to a battery half the weight and 3x less the cost
What? 200k subscribers! Way to go Team Tool Show🎉🎉🎉
Congrats on 200k guys. Truly inspirational! Only feels like yesterday you got 100k. 🥳🍾🎂
Hey thanks, MN! You're the first to congratulate us! Means a lot!
@@ToolShow 🥳
🎉 200k 🎉 congratulations 🍾
Appreciate that Jeff! We're just Shining On!
Why not put on a 6ah, 9ah, 12 ah, or 15 ah Dewal Flexvolt battery?
Hello again, Tool Show
Thank you for another Great Video 👍 I enjoyed watching tonight's video 😊
Congratulations on 200K!👏💯
Thanks Mark!
Man DeWalt just keeps on dropping the ball and not even a comparison to the Milwaukee.
Look at the chart, DeWalt is clearly the winner here.
I get early 2000's sports center vibes from you guys, and I like that
LOL best compliment this week.
The dewalt section at my local lowes has a 1007 kit with that new 8ah pack… no i don’t need it but boy do i want it
Ryobi for sure
I was wondering when this would drop, looking forward to the show 😀
More blooper reels please
I still need my hercules jig saw harbor freight lol
I need a hercules sds plus cordless rotary hammer I'll buy it if they made one
Would love this. Just had their new 10” dual bevel sliding compound miter saw delivered and setup last night. Their line is getting good.
Congratulations TS, 200k 🎉🎉🎉
Thanks Randy!
Flex volt on that drill
Ryobi needs to upgrade to slide type batteries and offer adapters like dewalt does !!
That new Ryobi barrel jigsaw looks awfully a lot like my new M12 Fuel barrel jigsaw, hmm…lol! The M12 platform is my go to but I do have to spread the love to the other brands…lol!
have the 8 amp power pack it packs a punch and the 9 amp flex volt is very strong
6:05 this DeWalt 1007b comes with 8.0 power pack stack blah blah battery, and yeah…..it makes hammer drill fast
Dewalt has their 5AH Powerstacks on clearance @ HD. $75
Mafell is releasing their barrelgrip battery jigsaw soon, the corded is the best on the market and doesn't compare to any other brand since it is a reinvented tool so maybe worth a review (mafell is like festool but then for the pro's)
Will totally look into this
And way way more expensive than anything else out there. In the UK £600 bare tool
@@markellis3110 yep but that is because you expect a normal jigsaw which has sloppy cuts and is under engineered such as the festool which is still expensive. They won prices with the corded version for a good reason. If you have a chance to try it somewere, you will understand it. Perfect 90 degree finish cuts in thick melamine is normal. Also worjs with metabo Cas batteries
@@Rompestromper only going to get that perfect cut with Mafell own blades. But I agree a great piece of kit
Timestamps please? Some of us don't care about dewault and Ryobi 😉
Is there any way you could test the new 12.0 Forge in the milwaukee lawn mower?
I could do that. I need to ask Milwaukee to send me two of the batteries this week.
The DeWalt drill should be paired with the new 8amp XR battery
Rob welcome to the welcoming world of "you used the wrong battery" even if you discuss it in video 😂
@@TorqueTestChannelplease test the power pack if you have the chance too. it’s gotta be close to the 9ah flexvolt
@@cloudy4872 The PowerPack is the new 8Ah XR that they're referencing. The last battery DeWalt released before that was the 5Ah PowerStack, and that isn't exactly new.
@@dsgamecube i was talking about the new 8Ah XR PowerPack if that wasn’t made clear.
lol, I bet you went through more safety glasses than the filming of the Dukes of Hazzard went through Dodge chargers. 😂
What about festool?
What about Festool? Did they announce something we missed? We covered their new air purifier, and lights a couple of weeks ago. I'm not aware of them announcing anything else.
I’m guessing that’s either a Rigid or Ryobi barrel grip
Can't fool you Ben! :)
I know which brand it is, but I wont spoil it for u 😎
@@StarburstMC I’m pretty sure Rigid, which is why I put them first. Lol
@@benfowler2127 I guess we will see...
Gets to the point where speed and power isn't everything.
it's rye-ob 🤦♂️
Wow, a drill by Dewalt.
That’s new and different. How exiting.🥱
Dewalt still can’t make 90 degree battery powered die grinder and Milwaukee has had them for years.
I love Sarah!
Where the heck is the new Dewalt DCS 590 ?
There is no such thing as a compact Ryobi 18v tool. Those batteries are ridiculously large.
The angled mount is a great attempt.
I do appreciate that they kept the same battery since the NiCd days. I also suspect that TTI thinks that the ugly green and bulky battery are good ways to push professionals towards the $$$ Milwaukee tools.
Rob and Sarah with all due respect people should not buy ryobi tools. Many years ago I invested in ryobi tools and we bought a house I finally switched to Milwaukee fuel tools. The difference is significant in performance. Milwaukee tools cost 35-40 percent more but they outperform ryobi by the same or higher margins with better support and warranty.
Ryobi tools work just fine for the diy/home owner. On the jobsite as a carpenter, I use Milwaukee fuel tools because the company provided them for me. But at home I use mostly ryobi and get by just fine. In the end they are both owned by the same company.
@@TS19781 my experience has been opposite, their drill was weak, the circular saw was a disaster would cutout continuously, impact driver was again weak and too large for small spaces, the oscillating tool had the speed controller go bad, I have few good ryobi tools too, their pressure washer is great, their misting fan is great, and the cordless soldering iron is great, but overall for me their tools are either good or totally unusable, Milwaukees fuel line has been top notch for me, from m18 to m12. The only Milwaukee tool that broke for me was the gen4 m18 impact but besides that all tools are super solid, they are good size and extremely powerful. I was using the one+ platform if that makes a difference.
So it's not really debatable Milwaukee have more power than Ryobi. That said your off on the 30% more for a Milwaukee, it's generally alot more than that. It's about what you need, I have alot of Ryobi tools and they do the job and if you shop the buy batteries get a tool sales are pretty cheap. That said I also have Ridgid tools for my higher level needs. Which all three(Milwaukee Ryobi and Ridgid )are made by tti, so the Ridgids are Milwaukee level for cheaper. I do love using my buddies Milwaukee tools, but the price is absolutely painful
