I can’t imagine a RUclipsr putting more effort in to their channel than Erik. He literally dedicates his life for our entertainment, exercising an extreme amount every day and doing a huge calorie challenge each week. Erik you are a big inspiration to me as a triathlete and I really appreciate what you are doing on a daily basis 💪

Extreme endurance athletes need to eat like they are in an eating competition. I think people make the mistake of thinking that Erik lives a "normal" lifestyle of eating pretty healthy and being fit outside of his challenges. His lifestyle is extreme. His bike rides and runs are extreme. He ran an ultramarathon a little while ago and he made it seem like it was no big deal to him. He is not your average bro who works out. He is pushing his limits and he does not take days off (you'll notice he goes for loooooong walks rather than just resting). He is a champ at eating, and he is literally an extreme endurance athlete. If you want to eat like him, you could, and you too would not gain weight, but you would have to also workout like him.
Lol, I'm basically the Erik of my school. I'm 16 and have been training for a marathon. I wake up at 5 on the weekdays and do a 15k run or more every morning.
Even as a sugar addict I feel like this would be fun for the first day, or two, then I would be wondering what my life has become haha. Keen to watch, champ!

I don't really get the appeal for donuts either. But they seem to be much more of a thing in the U.S than here in Europe. Dunkin' Donuts tried to establish themselves in my hometown a while back but went bankrupt after less than a year
