In this food challenge, I attempted to eat $500 worth of food in one day! I chose some really delicious foods including waygu steak, gold chicken wings, and more! Think I wsa able to do it? Stick around until the end to find out!

Erik has always been able to eat a ton, but I feel like his week to week “normal” challenges have been progressively getting better for the past year. Mans stomach space is STILL improving lol
He eats like this weekly? That’s like an early death sentence if you ask me. Sure he may br exercising and are probably throwing them up, but that can put a lot of stress to his body making room for that much food.
@@christianjocson5509 he doesn't throw it up and exercises a ton and I'm not defending him because we can all admit it's incredibly unhealthy but at least he exercises and controls his body weight. His poor stomach after these challenges though !!

@@christianjocson5509 The LD50 (the dose 50% likely to kill you) for sugar is 13.5 grams per pound of body weight, or 2295g for Erik. So 3kg puts him way over that (but he didn't eat it all at once).

I ate that slice of cake before at LAVO in Singapore and I shared one slice with 10 people..you’re literally full after a few mouthful because it’s so RICH… like I can’t explain it..best cake ever but soooo filling!!

The capacity of Erik’s stomach is just unbelievable. I had a cheat day today, which was a normal day with a cheat dinner and dessert- I had mac and cheese with brisket, a McDouble, 6pcs nuggets, some Reese’s sticks, two chocolate squares, a few chips and queso, and like 8 Oreo thins. A good amount of food probably 2,000 cals extra- but I’m like FULL. This man ate like ten times that and he keeps going- amazing
how do you know he ate all this food within a 24hr period ?
Its cause he starves himself for days/weeks in advance. Imagine starving yourself, eating only salads for weeks. Im sure you would be able to eat a lot more than your used to.

This was fun! Unfortunately it's pretty easy to find super expensive food these days.

It was Gouda Erik to warn us about the cheesy puns at 15:30, but I’d Brie lying if I said I’d never made any, but most people Camembert them.
Cheese puns are an art, a Kraft, a real challenge Emmentally and physically.

A friend of mine had told me about bagels with smoke salmon and cream cheese and it sounded bad at first but after trying it, my god that was my only lunch for a whole year, but after that it got boring, but its still good
Bagel n Lox sandwiches are actually really good!!
Erik's problem was that he tried it with a plain bagel and strawberry cream cheese, which likely overpowered the entire thing. They are supposed to be made using plain cream cheese and most commonly with everything, cheese crusted, or jalepeno bagels. Not to mention some other savory toppings like capers and tomatoes.
That bagel sandwich was disrespectful to smoked salmon. :'(
Exactly I Also Like Eating Once In Awhile ("A Bagel With Smoked Salmon And Cream Cheese") And Although it Was A Very Colourful Bagel That Eric Had It Really Should Have Just Been A Standard Bagel Maybe Then He'd At Least Eaten One of Them.

When I was in Vegas I saw a menu with a $3,000 dish. I can't wrap my head around dropping $3k on a single meal. Add drinks, appetizers, tip probably over 5k... insane.
Matt Stony did a $1K meal. but that was like 3 orders of king crab legs and 2 huge tomahawk steaks. And that was just a few of the items so the I can’t image how one dish could cost that much

Erik I still think you should do a 100 pieces of toast challenge…Ten slices of ten types of bread (white, whole wheat, sourdough, cinnamon raisin etc). Then choose a spread for each loaf - butter, jam, Nutella, PB, cream cheese…you get the idea!

Finally, one challenge I can complete, I'd just buy enough Kobe, caviar or some expensive ingredients and that's my challenge complete, even thought that isn’t content for the channel hahaha, RESPECT Erick!! 🤟🏻🤟🏻
One key thing to note while doing these challenges is that you would definitely definitely be better off eating all sweets in one round, all breads in a different round, all meats/fish in a different round, all cheese platter charcuterie board type stuff in a different round. I watched another video where someone said he or she went to a vegan potluck thing and when he or she ate a ton of bananas-not really- and then something savory, I forget what it was, everybody else looked at him or her in horror and told him or her that it was a mistake. I've felt the same thing occur to me before so I can attest that it is true. Don't eat savory right after sweet, or vise versa. Wait in between meals.

This challenge today would be a lot less food, he could have ate healthier food and more expensive meats and it would have also been less food. But I like the fact he has a variety of food and if lower prices.

i work at walmart and thinking about a 500 dollar order is ridiculous the amount of food you can get with 500 dollars could last some families like a few weeks
