No, I've seen Whis in regular gameplays. His auto dodging doesn't drain his ki which makes sense since Whis is in a permanent state of UI. REALLY OP But it's Whis, an Angel.
@@OplTheGamer It's the final build, big things are not subject to change anymore. But this is good, with how they mentioned that the characters would not be balanced. Whis is an Angel, and we wouldn't want Hercule beating him.
@@raredays2767 just because it’s the final build doesn’t mean they won’t fix bugs or other things like that, that’s mostly the reason they let people play it early for suggestions at to find bugs so it’s possible but not likely
@@OplTheGamer It's very likely. It's Whis were talking about, one of the STRONGEST beings in DB. it's not a bug, what you mean is a "Day One Patch" that'll iron out serious tech issues and so forth. They wouldn't "fix" an OP character that is KNOWN for being OP.

Hi there im trying to catch up with sparking zero i mean i already did but i havent pre-oerdered the game yet and havent played the demo so i just want to know if i pre-order the game will i still get the full character and all other characters and unlicking them? Because i dont know what will happens if i dont pre-order the game just wait till the game come out.
If you pre-order the game you get Daima Goku early. If you don't pre order the game you get all base roster characters (182) but you have to unlock them by playing the game.
Oh and second of all when the game come out hopefully the story lines are propper order because in dragon ball z kakarot the the story wasnt really in order well untill they released the DLC pack for Kakarot was sent to Earth and get to play as bardock.

Tenkaichi games always stay true to either the anime or manga so I doubt they'll create a random skill for the main characters
