They're censored basically everywhere aside from the DVDs which they stopped making years ago, even earlier than that in the US. They're out of print everywhere. You can't even really pirate them because most of the ones with any seeds are TV rips.

Francine really messed up in this episode.
First she did not tell Stan about her past and tells him to get over it even though it bothers him so much. Divorces him to have sex with another woman and gets mad he marries a woman even though it was said multiple times in the show he's abstinent. And when he has sex, like she wanted him to, she was mad at him.
She dumb.
