I played a double barrel and a moring glory and I was in love but they were just too expensive for me. 12 years later I have a recording studio, several jhs pedals and yesterday my wife came back from a business trip to the US and brought me a morning glory as a surprise. Its awesome to witness history in the making and to be a tiny part of this great company's history. Thanks for everything Josh.

Number of shows Josh discusses his own pedals: 3, number of shows where he shows his love for the work of others: 97. Custom room where he and the band make groovy tunes surrounded by the colorful history of guitar pedals: check. RUclips gold: check. Pedal culture personified: multiple check. The Johnny Carson/Ken Burns of pedal planet, and St. Nick, to boot.
i first heard of the morning glory from rhett shull. thanks rhett! my favorite pedal ever that is always on my board. love it right in front of my lovepdeal. i used to always go lovepedal first then morning glory and compressor last. with your insight i've discovered tones that are wonderful and grand
I got a v4 about a month ago and it has a sticker on the bottom that says "This pedal is special. We made it in our homes during the Covid-19 shutdown of 2020." I have it always on at the end of my chain for guitar, and for bass the blue setting is great to kick some dirt on. It's so great at what it does, thank you JHS and specifically to whoever made my pedal at their house
I first heard about the Morning Glory because of Roy and Todd from MUTEMATH. In every rig rundown video those two did on RUclips explaining their gear and tone, they both raved constantly about the Morning Glory. At the time I couldn't afford to buy the real thing, but I was so inspired by Josh and the DIY roots of JHS pedals that I thought "wow maybe I could just build my own". So that's exactly what I did - I found a schematic of the Morning Glory online and built my own, and it's been on my board ever since. I know it's not the real thing and I didn't give JHS any money for mine (sorry Josh), but I did learn how to build pedals because of that experience and it has been a joy building them ever since. Not only did I get a killer pedal out of it, but a lifelong hobby. So thank you JHS!
Josh, thank you so much for the MG. After 20 years testing all kind of overdrives, i discovered and now use the MG as my main overdrive. Im eternally thankful for that.
This is the first boutique pedal I had ever heard of. I was 17, and I had a friend who was a brilliant player and a really kind person. At the time I had a TS overdrive and a Wah, and didn’t know much of anything about pedals. He actually let me borrow his board for a week to let me really see what a pedalboard was like and to try things out! The Morning Glory has stuck with me ever since as one of the best overdrive pedals I’ve ever played (He also had a dynacomp so those two together were a lot of fun!)
I tried the Boss Blues Driver, the Ibanez TS9, Boss Super Overdrive, Klones, etc. The Morning Glory will never leave my board. It does what I want a drive pedal to do and it does it perfectly.
It’s one of my favorites and I own a original blues breaker and Klon. I use the morning glory more then anything else. Morning glory and the soloist are my favorites
"After Graduation, I'm Out Of Here" "It's Not You. It's me." "Tell Your Dad To Get Off My Back" "Moving To Arizona" So, with song names like that, when are you starting your pop-punk band?
So happy you picked out that album. I'm a metal guy but I originate from Manchester and what they did on that album changed music forever. The recent Netflix documentary will be mandatory viewing in years to come to tell anyone that there's nothing stopping their talent if they have the drive.
It’s probably hard for US folks to understand just how big this album and Oasis were in the UK in 1995. Bigger than Nirvana at their peak, bigger than Guns & Roses, bigger U2 ever were. The only comparable thing is Beatlemania. It was thrilling and insane and couldn’t last but amazing to live through. Forget all the subsequent debates and controversies, it was and is still a songwriting masterclass and a beautifully produced record.
A coworker kept telling me about his Guitars and Pedals. He would kinda laugh when he stated; "I have the box!" So I finally started looking for pedals and tried to learn about them. I owned a Takamine GX-200 since I was 14. I never owned a pedal and I am 51. My coworker suggested a few videos you did. Your videos are very well done and entertaining. I watched this video today because he asked me after a job if I watched the current JHS video on the Morning Glory! I'm not a real player. I like trying and love great sounds. Got the use of my arms back a few years back after a neck surgery. So I can't do allot of playing but enough to have fun. I now own four guitars and ten pedals. Currently eyeing a few of yours. THE ONES WITH THE BOXES! :O) You have me thinking about making my own pedal. Meaning you inspired me to learn and try doing something new.
I have #314 of the Roman Candle box. I was in your small retail store when you were demo'ing this version. I'd never heard a pedal actually call to me before. I asked what it was and the reply was "oh, thats the Morning Glory". I walked out with mine. It's been my #1 pedal ever since. You all replaced the jacks once, and the stomp button. The top is a bit faded, lots of scratches, and has a bit of paint bubbling. All earned honestly.
@@jhspedals I have copy of morning glory v3 hand made by a guy from little Russian town Izhevsk and it's really awesome pedal. My favourite. One day I'll buy original one 😁 Thanks JHS for this masterpiece 👍 Greetings from Russia
The Morning Glory was one of those pedals I bought when I was first building my board because “everyone has one”. I have never been disappointed with it and it will never leave my board!
I use the Double Barrel V4 on my board. The versatility is huge and the tones are numerous. RUclips was where i learned of JHS. It was numerous channel's, including yours. Likely Dan and Mick is where i first learned of the Morning Glory. I then bought the Calhoun V2, Angry Charlie V4, and Pulp n Peel V4. These will likely be on the board forever as well. They are top shelf stuff.
The Double Barrel is one of the best pedals out there period. I own and have owned way too many overdrives and the Double Barrel always stood out as one of the best for sure. The clean blend really makes it quite unique as well. I love the AT circuit too. Always wanted a Pulp N Peel but once a bought a Cali76 I didn’t really think I needed another compressor because it’s pretty much the perfect compressor, completely transparent with endless sustain but I still want to buy a Pulp N Peel because I know I’ll use it and it’s good to change things up sometimes.
Great pedal. Before I knew about the Double Barrel I had my coworker at Guitar Center build me a Morning Glory into a Mad Professor Little Green Wonder as a dual overdrive but I requested separate DC jacks because I don't like drives getting under 9v. This was amazing, it was actually made by the guy who started Coppersound Pedals. After 2 years of heavy gigging the switches had some trouble but that's my fault. These days I use a Morning Glory with a EQD Palisades just to have a few more options without any extra EQ.
Shawn McVey wow that custom pedal sounds incredibly cool. I use a Palisades as well. I also use an King of Tone which I’ve really leaned to love over the past year. I also own a King Tone Duellist and a Blues Power but after playing all those great pedals, the one that sounded the best after A/B’ing all of them, to my ear, was the Vertex Ultra Phonix. It just sounded so beefy and perfect and had a super unique sound way different from the rest which unfortunately all kind of sounded a little too similar. The Ultra Phonix HRM is another insanely good pedal with a master volume on it. Those pedals just sing man I can’t describe it. I do love the Morning Glory as well but I think the Dumble style overdrive is really where it’s at, at least for me.
Josh the music in this episode is great, and What’s The Story Morning Glory, was one of my favorites as a teenager. My wife hates Oasis, and I love her but you’re right it’s hard to trust her just for that reason, well that and she’s a bassist who hates pedals. Thanks for the history have a blessed week.
I've got to say, I think you all might have the best content on RUclips. Y'alls videos are awesome and I have really enjoyed listening/watching to them. I honestly wasn't looking for a Morning Glory before, but now I need to buy a Morning Glory, Double Barrel, and Steak n Eggs. Can't wait to enjoy some great tones from the equipment you all create!
I have a Morning Glory on my board, because of all the overdrive pedals I've played, it's my favorite. I use a Victory VC35 "The Copper", which is a Vox style amp and the Morning Glory just brings out all of that chime and clarity in the amp, without every getting shrill or harsh. I hear people calling the Morning Glory a "transparent" overdrive, but that's just untrue: because it doesn't sound like your amp overdriving - it sounds like you wish your amp sounded like when it was overdriving! It's one of those pedals I just bonded with instantly, so seeing a rundown of it here was nothing short of a treat!
The Morning Glory is my all time favorite clean drive. It’s been a fixture on my pedal board since I discovered it 13 or 14 years ago. I have it dialed just to the point of breakup and it is always on.
I have a tattoo in my forearm that is almost identical with the sun in the V1 MG. And i made it in 2007. In fact it's my state informal icon. Ceara, Brazil. Or "the land of light". It's because of that I absolutely love MG's? Josh owes me a MG? I don't know. I only know I absolutely love MGs since first time I played one in 2013. Regards from Brasil. Love, JHS. ♥️
Just wanted to say thank you for the great content and great pedals - bought a Morning Glory and love it. I'd also like to say thank you for managing your levels. I've lost track of how many RUclips channels "roll the intro music" and have me running for the hills, reaching for the volume knob, or pounding the FFWD button.
I was totally thinking of Stu G on the last musical piece. Josh’s notes carrying over the bass changes has me hearkening back to some old Deliriou5? Sweetness!
How about the snare spank at 18:10?! Great episode. I remember shipping it from New Zealand 🇳🇿 and having the DM-2 Mod done way back when (can’t remember more special than that...). Been a lover of JHS pedals ever since 🤙🏻
"A cobbler's children are always poorly shod" is an old English adage. I should know, my Dad was a shoe designer... or a theoretical cobbler if you will. Josh owning all sorts of one-off pedals from long-dead pedal companies and yet not keeping his own early pedals kind of (sort of, nearly) fits with the same idea. Or possibly not.
Hi Josh and friends, The first jhs pedal I bought was a Bunnrunner in... I want to say... 2014. In all honesty I bought it mainly because I liked the look, case color, and that you guys were up and coming at the time, but it totally melted my face. Sadly I parted with it a few years ago and just yesterday I stopped kicking myself for it. That's alot of kicks. Today my board is all JHS, but I've stripped it down to five: I run a clover into a PandP that's always on. Then the unicorn, a V4 MG, and a pink lucky cat for a little slap echo. It produces my favorite sound in the world, outside of my Son's laugh. I don't know who's pedals are the best, but JHS is the best for me. Thanks!
The morning glory v3 was my introduction to “boutique” guitar pedals. It is the first guitar pedal I ever bought and has never left my pedal board ever since. I now know that i got it shortly after the transition to the printed face. Thanks for the history Josh!
I love how this episode so wonderfully exemplifies how quickly things are forgotten, especially when we think about products and production. Even if Josh feels he generally feels he has a weak memory, memory in general is tricky to rely on. Plus the mystery of not knowing is fun!
Not enough can be said about how much I personally appreciate what you do to document and research the history of pedal building. The time, money and everything else you have done, to my knowledge has not been even close to done before. I'm just starting the video and I'm sure I'll comment more after, maybe even after a few time though this. But I just needed to point out how much I appreciate what you do for the history of this "whole pedal thing". Much love from Tulsa.
My absolute favourite drive pedal. I have used this with a ton of other drives as a boost in front but usually afterwards and it just makes everything else sound better, sparklier. Currently running after a Strymon Sunset, doing its thing. It's a keeper
I recently got my first JHS pedal, I got the Angry Charlie because I like the higher gain stuff. It really does react more like amp distortion than any pedal I have played. And I am from Huntsville, AL, so I have to support Josh because not much else we can brag about being from Alabama.
I first learned about JHS when I was doing research on my first pedalboard build. I was looking for information on fuzz applications and came upon an early fuzz-centric episode of the JHS Show I believe when it was still the JHS Vlog. Was immediately hooked on the content and watched everything I could find from the channel until I’d seen it all twice. It’s to the point that my wife, who has never watched intentionally, can occasionally be heard humming a random jam from the show completely on her own with no prompting. Fast forward to today and my pedalboard looks like I’m sponsored by JHS.
Bought a double barrel on Wednesday, my first overdrive pedal ever (relied on my trusty little modeling amp for dirt until now). I can’t believe how much inspiration it’s been giving me in these few days. I can’t stop playing, it sounds so good, and the riffs keep pouring in! All I do now is dial in the cleanest amp sound I have, turn on the pedal, and it just gives me golden tones galore! It’s phenomenal and makes me so happy. The only problem is I can’t settle on just one setting, every thing I try sounds so AMAZEBALLS. Epic first pedal buy.
Just picked up my first JHS pedal yesterday (about time!), the Morning Glory. This is THE pedal I have been looking for! I play an old fender tube amp without a master volume. When I turn it up past 2 on the volume, it gets incredibly loud and clean, and won't "breakup" until around 6 on the volume... way too loud. I have been looking for a way to add tasteful boost and breakup, all the while keeping my old amp at a reasonable volume. After trying all sorts of overdrives, preamps, or boosts... the Morning Glory was exactly what I needed. Thank you JHS!
The Morning Glory was one of the first single pedals I ever bought. I loved it, it was exactly what I needed. I had sold it, and immediately regretted it. Less than a year later, I bought another one and has bee on my board non-stop since 2014. Y’all have even fixed it a couple times for me because I keep wearing out the switch! Best pedal on my board, hands down.
My god. Those jams sounded so good. It’s like they went extra special for their own creations!!!!😜 Honestly. I didn’t know the Morning Glory was such a great sound. I have the 91 Bluesbreaker and it’s my “always on” pedal, but man you got me salivating. The Steak and Eggs is like wow to me. Had heard of it but didn’t know it’s make up I saw a double barrel in a store a while back and wished I bought It. I recently bought an AC Plus and it’s been nothing but trouble. Thinking of going for a Sweat Tea but I’ve got the ACPlus in for service. **Searching for the tone in my head.
I love this ... been playing many years and finally getting into pedals !!! Josh shows you the pedals, the stories, the sounds and uses them in a way that always inspires me !!! I watch at least one episode before my Saturday night jam and it always brings me up !!! Josh I like the humor and the playing ... so interesting to me ... Thank You !!!
Game changer. The Double Barrel was my first JHS pedal, and the result of massive indecision: Morning Glory / blues-breaker or Moonshine / tube-screamer? Sought advice from JHS direct, why not both? Five tone combinations. Board staple. Case closed. 🎛⚡️🔥🤘🏻
From 2008 to 2017 I was honored to be playing with numerous worship music guitarists, and everyone had to have their own special pedal boards, preferably with pedals no one else had (there's a lot of snobbery in the pedal world). Everyone had a Full-Drive2, some had an OCD, some lucky ones had a Timmy, then a new pedal started showing up... the JHS Morning Glory. At $199 it was quite a bit more money than most other OD pedals back then, so it was still pretty rare and "boutique" at the time. Before long it became one of the more sought after pedals because it just does the transparent light break up thing so darn well. Even though worship guitarists get a lot of bad rap, some deservedly, they're probably the biggest market driving all the new pedals we get to enjoy these days. I mean, when I was young all we had were gross DOD pedals and the infamous Metal Zone.
The episode I've been waiting for! Got the hand painted 'record player' with arrow icon Morning Glory as a gift from my wife years ago. This pedal gets so much usage on my board it is fantastic!
This really makes me want to go home and reconnect with my Morning Glory. It’s been chilling in it’s box (I have the box) for too long. Excellent playing as well!
I played a double barrel first at my pastors house in 2015, and it was the best pedal I'd had ever heard. I then finally got it about 2 years later, and it was the first pedal that I have own, that I wasn't disappointed. I still have my morning glory, and it's the only pedal on my board that has't left, and I don't it will anytime soon. It's also my favorite pedal ever made, it just doesn't bad, on anything, it's perfect. Through I do wish it had more gain sometimes.
As someone who loves to research and listening to music I often look for these awesome JHS shows. It´s almost like a journey inside Josh´s mind... well, greetings all the way from Brazil.
Julian Lage - hands down the most talented Morning Glory user. He replaced his Jam Tubedreamer+ in late 2017 with a Morning Glory, and has been using it ever since.
Ok I finally gave in and ordered a Morning Glory today for my bass pedalboard. I got a Bass Soul Food and mini TS so my plan is to feed the MG with a lower gain into the BSF with a higher gain setting, as well as just use the MG by itself with it in a loop with my LS-2 that also just has a clean bass loop for mixing in more bass. I’ll try adding the TS on top and see how all 3 work together. I have a feeling the MG mixed into my clean tone will be an always on pedal for me. Just try stuff right!
@@jhspedalsGot it in and on the board today. Amazing! It’s my new always on sound. It also gives the BSF a nice kick and blends very well with the TS! I’m a convert! Having the LS-2 to blend in clean signal just makes it perfect!
I just got back into guitar since high school (im 25) , and it was all thanks to you , man. Watching these vids reminded me how excited I used to get window shopping for pedals then finally trying them out... thanks man
That title track is my favorite Oasis song, though “Don’t Look Back In Anger” is a very close second! Love my Morning Glory v4, it changed the way I played...it rather I was able to be free and stop fighting my first stage OD.
This masterpiece arrived few weeks ago and I couldn't be happier ever since. I'm very surprised how WELL this pedal works with solid state Roland JC-40! I was just looking up for something that would "simulate" true-valve amp before the signal is sent to FX loop. MG does it all perfectly. Thank you for your work and another great episode.
OK I GET IT! I mean I GOT it, and now I get it!! After a 20 year hiatus (playing my American ‘93 Fender ‘52 Reissue Tele straight thru a real 1965 Fender Champ), this channel has gotten me back into pedals. I love the JHS Show content and have bought a couple dozen pedals, mostly based to Josh’s recommendatios. I love my JHS Muffelatta;, really amazing. But - and there’s always a but - I do not like my Series 3 Overdrive. No matter how I set it up, I t’s a treble boost, with some mids boosted weaved in there. I don’t like that tone and I don’t play live so I don’t need to cut thru a bass and drums. So even though RUclips is packed with talented players gushing about the Morning Glory, I assumed it had to sound similar to that S3, and never bought one. Not sure what got into me, but I was watching a Rig Rundown and the musician got to his Morning Glory and started verbally masterbating over how amazing it is and I snapped! Right there, I pulled in up on Amazon, with next day delivery, and BOOM, bought it instantly. So it arrived yesterday and I furiously unpacked the thing (little bigger than I’d imagined, but cool finish and no click switch). In minutes I had it on by board in the 1st position, turned everything on and strummed a couple chords. Holy cow, they sounded awesome. Then I played with the high cut side switch (why is it inset, requiring a small screw driver to flip it on or off?). I like both sounds, but amazingly prefer the switch in the off position. Yep give me those very manageable highs. I’ve now fiddle around C and played with different sound for hours. My poor neighbors must think there’s an endless sound check going on. Bottom line is I LOVE IT. Killer pedal, and it will likely be on a lot more than it’s off, going forward. Thanks Josh. Great job!
Ok, so everything about the song you did for the Double Barrel (“It’s Not You, It’s Me) was beautiful. The playing, the vibe, the melody, AND. THE. TONE.
I can't believe a RUclips channel about pedals has the greatest drum sounds I've ever heard.
Dafuq?
That Color Box tho.
It does sound good
It’s the drums. C&C
It's really the 3 or 4 colorbox 500s the drums are plugged into. Those heads are tight but that preamp adds so much thick.

It’s one of my favorites and I own a original blues breaker and Klon. I use the morning glory more then anything else. Morning glory and the soloist are my favorites
Still on the board 3 years later?
"After Graduation, I'm Out Of Here"
"It's Not You. It's me."
"Tell Your Dad To Get Off My Back"
"Moving To Arizona"
So, with song names like that, when are you starting your pop-punk band?
"Tell Your Dad to Get Off My Back" is a Big Star reference, and he's a lot like Big Star in that song.
I logged on to RUclips this morning, looking for the JHS show, and I have NEVER been happier to see an episode. I'm giddy.
Yup. Me too. This one rocked. The jams alone were worth it.
Forget all the subsequent debates and controversies, it was and is still a songwriting masterclass and a beautifully produced record.
what lol
@@whatskraken3886 Apologies, I didn’t really understand your comment. Oasis were unbelievably massive in the UK in the 90s.
@@theyearsshallrun6641 gotta look into um, only Oasis I know is the strip club in Atlanta
The Morning Glory never leaves my board, and it’s almost always on. Well done, JHS!
Yes!!
@@jhspedals I have copy of morning glory v3 hand made by a guy from little Russian town Izhevsk and it's really awesome pedal. My favourite. One day I'll buy original one 😁 Thanks JHS for this masterpiece 👍 Greetings from Russia
Please, I need to hear the full song played @ 4:21 "after graduation i'm out of here" (i know its a jam). Please, we need this song completed!
Particularly enjoyed your phrasing today, Josh. Tones were spectacular too.
I don’t think he’ll be able to sit down...because the dude was straight up playing his tall ass off!
Man, I wish you had a podcast of just talking about literally anything. Informative and passionate, it's just great.
"Tell Your Dad to Get off My Back" is an Alex Chilton-like riff-based song (with strong work by Nick). This is the kind of thing that makes my day.
DUDE... Best pedal on my board, hands down... Most versatile OD I have ever had IMO... I gots the V4...
Holy shit over 100 episodes. I remember when this was you talking into your car mounted camera man time is flying.
These are some of the best demo songs you guys have ever done. Thank you.
Wow this pedal sounds amazing!
4:20 After Graduation I'm Out of Here
8:23 It's Not You, It's Me
10:55 Tell Your Dad to Get Off My Back
17:49 Moving to Arizona
The Morning Glory is my all time favorite clean drive. It’s been a fixture on my pedal board since I discovered it 13 or 14 years ago. I have it dialed just to the point of breakup and it is always on.
No joke, I’d love a full version of the “it’s not you it’s me” demo he played for the double barrel.
Every time I hear this pedal, I want it. So good. Also the titles of your jams are as creative as your videos! Thanks Josh!
Love, JHS. ♥️
That's a great story. Thanks for sharing it.

I simply love your pedals.. I have three of them on my board. Double barrel, Bonsai and AngryCharlie..
ok, its not you its me. i could listen to that for 5-7 minutes full band or just you two. beautiful.
Some of the best tones I have heard on this channel... this goes on my “must buy” list
If you told me that "after graduation I'm out of here" was an unreleased John Mayer demo, I'd believe you.
Please talk about the story of the kilt, Stu G signature pedal next time
here you go en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_the_kilt
He made a pedal for StuG? THE StuG of Delirious? Please Josh!! Tell us about it!! StuG is one of my all time guitar heroes!
I was totally thinking of Stu G on the last musical piece. Josh’s notes carrying over the bass changes has me hearkening back to some old Deliriou5? Sweetness!
Right proper shenanigans, that were!
@@jonathanbailey994 it's called the Kilt
Hi Josh and friends,
The first jhs pedal I bought was a Bunnrunner in...
Thanks!
Blur is “fine.” Fine?! If I hadn’t received so much absolute joy from your show, so help me...
lol Thank you! I was just sticking up for Blur yesterday, and now this smh... Man oh man lol...
The morning glory v3 was my introduction to “boutique” guitar pedals. It is the first guitar pedal I ever bought and has never left my pedal board ever since. I now know that i got it shortly after the transition to the printed face. Thanks for the history Josh!
The Morning Glory is one of the greatest pedals EVER. There are a lot of greats, but this needs to be up there with them.
I just bought a JHS pedal. And as a entrepreneur myself. dude.. josh is an inspiration.
Drum sound is amazing in these clips. I wonder if you'd do a breakdown of the recording set-up at some stage?
I love how this episode so wonderfully exemplifies how quickly things are forgotten, especially when we think about products and production. Even if Josh feels he generally feels he has a weak memory, memory in general is tricky to rely on. Plus the mystery of not knowing is fun!
There was a song called “Moving to Arizona.”
2 questions:
1) is JHS moving to AZ?
2) can we be friends?
Not enough can be said about how much I personally appreciate what you do to document and research the history of pedal building. The time, money and everything else you have done, to my knowledge has not been even close to done before. I'm just starting the video and I'm sure I'll comment more after, maybe even after a few time though this. But I just needed to point out how much I appreciate what you do for the history of this "whole pedal thing". Much love from Tulsa.
Ok, seeing the “I don’t have this pedal” for one of his own prototypes is just sad 😢
Mmm, gets me right there (hand on chest).
My absolute favourite drive pedal. I have used this with a ton of other drives as a boost in front but usually afterwards and it just makes everything else sound better, sparklier. Currently running after a Strymon Sunset, doing its thing. It's a keeper
The only question I have after this episode is:
Why is there no JHS album yet?
Maybe it's time for a V5 Morning Glory?
Yes--with top mounted jacks, for the love of god.
I don't know how it could be improved.
Dale Rieger with midi
@@dalerieger5927 ...with top mounted jacks, I said! :D
Austin Hill I believe in an episode josh said he prefers side jacks. Not sure though. My unicorn is top mount 🦄
I see what you did with that Big Star reference there...
It’s like they went extra special for their own creations!!!!😜
Honestly. I didn’t know the Morning Glory was such a great sound. I have the 91 Bluesbreaker and it’s my “always on” pedal, but man you got me salivating. The Steak and Eggs is like wow to me. Had heard of it but didn’t know it’s make up
I saw a double barrel in a store a while back and wished I bought It.
Thank You !!!
cool to see some Oasis love. A lot of the guitarists I meet don't like Oasis but I'm a huge fan, I think they have great tone.
“He has the box”
He has the box!!
I'm down with Oasis even though that stuff is despised in my circles.
As someone who loves to research and listening to music I often look for these awesome JHS shows. It´s almost like a journey inside Josh´s mind... well, greetings all the way from Brazil.
The tone of the gold top into the double barrel made me cry, Josh. Why would you do that???
Love the Big Star homage demo tune, "tell your dad get off my back"! Brought a smile to my face!
Big Star is the one band that so many folks ought to know about.
Julian Lage - hands down the most talented Morning Glory user. He replaced his Jam Tubedreamer+ in late 2017 with a Morning Glory, and has been using it ever since.
Julian Lage, god daaaaamn he's a talent alright. Superb player!
🖤💪🏼🖤💪🏼🖤💪🏼
@@jhspedalsGot it in and on the board today. Amazing! It’s my new always on sound. It also gives the BSF a nice kick and blends very well with the TS! I’m a convert! Having the LS-2 to blend in clean signal just makes it perfect!

“Tell Your Dad to Get Off My Back” is so Big Star! You captured that wonderful vibe.
JHS...Moving to Arizona. Yes.
I think people would like to hear "The Story of the Seesaw Volume Pedal"
I didn’t even say it this time!
Great job!
Noel Gallagher bought one last year at Macari’s for 195 pounds.
Ok, so everything about the song you did for the Double Barrel (“It’s Not You, It’s Me) was beautiful. The playing, the vibe, the melody, AND. THE. TONE.
I’m actually modding a soul food while watching this, lol
Amazing tones and best history, ever! That tele and v3 tone is Unreal!!!
