D'Arcy was very beautiful. An adequate bassist at best, but still absolutely gorgeous. She brought a unique vibe to the band that they had never been able to recreate since, despite other female bassist joining the band on occasion.
They look and sound so carefree, Kenny Aronoff was right that when he joined them for the Adore tour they were completely burnt out and not as engaging
Darcy is the most beautiful woman I've ever seen here. You could never tell if she was European or Asian. She could be either. A Eurasian maybe but certainly other worldly. She's very cute and so is Billy with his long hair. Man it's a shame they don't talk anymore. Darcy was the heart of Pumpkins. The female energy they're missing. CYR was great but Billy had to hire two ladies to sing those parts where Darcy would have obliged. She was so Uber cool on stage. A very underrated bassist. She just looked so cool. She was the exotic nature that first attracted me to the band when I first saw them at Reading in 95.

What he states to the media may not necessarily be what he really feels and believes in private like most people. As for Billy and Jimmy recording all the guitars and drums on early Pumpkins albums, well that's a well known fact but Darcy and James did perform live as I've seen them many times including with Darcy and she really can play. She's not replaceable. She's unique. The SP now are just a Billy Corgan solo career. Everyone knows that. He tried to forge a path under his own name but no one was interested so he is uses the SP brand to sell tickets. Darcy was the anchor in the band who held Billy's ego in check but sadly she lost her way and fell into drugs when she realised what a control freak he is. Jimmy and James also felt the same but managed to put their differences aside to make some money.
