    My grandmother died when I was eight and my father when I was 20, my mother when I was 23.... Only child. This is probably why I have always been fascinated by people's near-death experiences and have read so many books on this topic from Raymond Moody to Elizabeth Kubler-Ross to books by everyday people on their near-death experience.... So grateful to people like you who offer this information to everyone how we don't die.... there is no death.... It may be hard to believe at first but keep reading the books and going on the Facebook pages and keep the faith because you will see one day, your soul will survive physical death and you will meet your beloved family and friends again when it's your time to leave this planet you will even meet your beloved pets again!!!!

      You have lost much in your life, last year I lost my beloved mother, and little brother and it brought me on this path of seeking them. And, I too found this interesting link to the other life.

    Wonderful interview. I stayed with my younger brother for 2 weeks in hospice. My sister came for a few days. She said she was awakened one night, my brother's hands/arms were reaching up, with gestures, his mouth was moving- mumbling. We both concluded, a deceased friend or relative was communicating preparing him. He died about a month later. I always look up and sense all my deceased family whenever I need them. I don't see them, i sense them, maybe my imagination. I don't tell people, but i wonder if others sense the people who passed on.

You're so well accomplished and the way you present data and carry yourself is inspiring! I'm brutally honest so please know that. I appreciate you very much. Thank you for all you do, Abra

      All the doctors, nurses, and even order lease at work in hospitals or hospice or nursing homes, always see this and are good enough to share this information because it helps so many people realize there is no death. The patient's weeks or days or hours before they pass away are being escorted by their loved ones to the afterlife and the veil breaks down at that time so they can receive these visits and no they are going to be okay through the transition

      Thank you you are giving people the faith they need because in the old days they would judge you for saying this but now people have open minds and are willing to believe the experiences of other people either on Facebook or by reading books and it's common knowledge for doctors and nurses and hospital orderlies, nobody ever dies alone even if there's no one around people have died and come back and said it wasn't their time and they returned to tell the tale! Life is so much better when you know you're going to see your loved ones again when it's your time

      You seem to be quite passionate about this subject based on all your comments!! If you would like to explore more (also referenced in the reply above) you can go to University of Virginia, Division of Perceptual Studies website: med.virginia.edu/perceptual-studies/ It is part of their medical school. As mentioned at the beginning of my interview with Dr. Greyson they started the division by researching the prospect of reincarnation and documenting children's stories of potential past lives. The website refers to the scope of their research in greater detail.

    I want to come in with an open mind. I'm searching for a greater truth. I know all the people in this field. I know their work. But as soon as websites (often selling spiritual "services") or books are promoted from these types of videos, like the book this video conveniently placed for the viewer to see, makes me question everything. Is it real knowledge on the fringe of things we can't yet understand or snake oil salesmen/women? If the experience was so profound and deep, wouldn't you share that knowledge for free? As opposed to trying to make money from it.

    • @ryanashfyre464
      @ryanashfyre464 2 года назад +4

      It's understandable to be skeptical about things when you've people selling snake oil, embellishing their stories and even outright lying about them from time to time. However, it's important to remember that this isn't relegated to NDEs. Whether it's business, politics, schooling, even charity work - there's scarcely an endeavor in all of society that doesn't have this to some degree.
      What we have to do, IMO, is to be reasonably critical in our evaluations but not throw out the proverbial baby w/ the bath water. Don't let the few rotten apples spoil the whole bunch.

    • @bicho.cosmico
      @bicho.cosmico Год назад

      I can completely understand what you say. In one side there's a real experience that is changing paradigmas in science. In the other side there are so manny scammers selling interpretations of the phenomena as the "only one" or "the only truth". I tend to listen to the experiences and avoid the interpretations of It. The experiences per se are so rich that I think that we don't need interpretations for It. I stick to the void of the unkown because the doubt is my friend and the "truth" may take me to a cult.

      Read the books by dr. Raymond Moody and Elisabeth Kubler-Ross and other scientific minds who have studied near-death experiences and written extensively about it. You can get information online for free don't have to buy books if you don't want to you can always go to the bookstore and asked what books are recommended if you want to purchase a book or two, but there are many reliable people and researchers in the field who have study these things, just go to a nursing home or a hospice and ask the doctors and nurses and the orderlies what they have seen because these people always attest to the experiences of seeing people talking to someone who's not there, as they enter the next world. Have some faith as people try to explain online what they went through when they almost died. You cannot dismiss everybody as a liar

    I love Dr Greyson but, most of my nightly dreams conform to timelessness, and communication absent speech. Can't recall ever experiencing pain in a dream, despite the situation boding pain for a physical body. I'm unconvinced that NDE's are other than a dream phenomenon. Not looking for debate; I'm just sayin'.

    • @miguelthealpaca8971
      @miguelthealpaca8971 3 года назад +1

      I've experienced physical pain in dreams. It's mild compared to in real life and it's only happened a few times that I can recall, but it does.
      NDEs are very similar to dreams, when they're in an otherworldly realm, but when they're reporting seeing and hearing things in real life that are later confirmed by actual people, like doctors and surgeons, and it's very unlikely they would know about them, that makes NDEs something else entirely.

    • @VMQuantumMechanic
      @VMQuantumMechanic 3 года назад

      @@miguelthealpaca8971 Any pain I've experienced while dreaming is external to the dream. Likely awaken me, if the eternal body pain persists. NDE reports, are just that: REPORTS. Throw in "veridical accounts" of local perception, still do not prove survival of consciousness beyond final, physical death. I experienced an OBE/NDE, post heart-attack. The Middle Eastern doctor I envisioned (I was not conscious at the time) who implanted a stent, showed up 2 days later, as the very Middle Eastern doctor I had seen while unconscious/near death. Veridical experience, perhaps? But, doesn't prove anything about survival of consciousness after forever death. Credentialed people, doctors, academics are capable of wishful thinking . Honest belief is not demonstrable proof of one's interpretation of NDE's, OBE's and the like. I neither believer, nor disbelieve ... absent demonstrable, reproducible evidence.
