This council was necessary because by 325 AD there was a plethora of writings from many different sect claiming that they had the true account of Jesus. If you are going to make a religion be the national religion, it's probably important to have a concrete understanding of what that religion believes, correct? Many of the writings contradicting Jesus divinity were written 100+ years after the disciples. Therefore the council went to the earliest writings available that were known to be apostolic and got rid of writings that contradicted the apostolic writings. There is nothing sinister or conspiratorial about this, it just makes sense to do it this way. Many early church fathers claimed Jesus divinity. Iranaeus (50 AD - 117), Polycarp (69 - 125) are two, and there are plenty more, who claimed Jesus deity. Paul of course proclaimed it in many of his letters as well. No, the counsel did not invent the 'deity of Christ'. They reinforced the idea of the trinity- that Jesus was as much God as the Father was.

yes sir, I believe that if god want us to understand trinity it would be very prominently and very clearly shown in the bible but is not.
to come up and learn the trinity you would have to have some previous knowledge about it ie: during Jesús time there were hundreds of creeds where their deities were trinities , so we can only assume that early Christianity adopted these believes to make it attractive to people, but in short it is wrong because trinity has nothing to do with god it is contrary to anything the bible teach us.
