  • Do you want that vintage, aged, old-world charm of hand-crafted terracotta, but all you can afford are the boring new every-pot-is-the-same pottery from the big box stores? You are in luck! In this video we'll show you how to take cheap new terracotta and give it a rustic European patina and hand-thrown appearance. Your pot will go from one-of-a-million to One-in-a-Million, and look like it aged 100 years, all in one afternoon.
Vintage pottery truly does make me weak in the knees. I have been so happy with these pots, both inside my home and out in the garden. When I see them I smile, and I hope they will make you smile too. Enjoy the video and if you decide to make them, I'd love to hear how they turned out for you!

I still check your channel periodically to see if you have uploaded anymore videos 😁 I've been known to be a little inpatient lol. Whenever I need some IOD inspiration, I really do check your channel out to see if you possibly uploaded another video and I didn't see the notification ❣️ Hope all is well and I am still looking forward to some new ones ❤️

Such a fantastic tutorial‼️ I came across your channel while searching for videos on aging Terracotta Pots. I am sure happy that I did stumble across you 😊 Your pot came out so beautifully aged 😍 I am going to give this technique a try!
I checked out your Instagram page and you do some beautiful work and I love your style ❣️ I would really love to see more videos in the very near future 🙏 I also love the fact that you use IOD products! I should have become a stockist for them several years ago because I own pretty much every stamp, transfer (I still have bits and pieces of some in a folder), moulds and now paint inlays! I adore the sisters and am a huge fan of their products 😁 I really hope to see some more videos from you real soon... this one was perfect ❤️

Lovely! However, there's a loud and distracting buzzing noise throughout the portion of your video in which you paint the glaze on your pot.

Rather it be a buzzing noise, children laughing and playing, a dark barking, someone knocking on the door, all in the background... it called "life" 😁 It absolutely shows signs of a happy and healthy life, infact‼️ Could you please share the name of your channel so that I can watch your 100% distraction free videos?! Some people have no clue exactly what goes into and what it takes to plan, prep, set up including correct lighting, piece together clips, edit (which is whole ball game in itself) and then upload a RUclips video! The time and effort put into just 1 video is astounding, just incase you weren't aware! Again, feel free to share the name of your channel 😊

@@ambermoy8147 I left that comment not only because I enjoyed her video but also because I didn't know if she was aware of the "buzz," which I thought was from her equipment. Those who rush to judgment often make fools of themselves. You might want to keep that in mind the next time you mount your high horse and clumsily gallop all over someone else's comment.
