So is "data map" the name of the program i will be using if I am going for my Design to delight" certification. am I to understand that what it really is looking at customer profile data? I have watched lots of videos on this that didn't say anything beyond, creative problem solving without even giving any examples of what kind of problems and how they solved them. much less what software programs are involved.
