Dude are you kidding me!! That looks freaking mint! Keep up the good work brotha
Cameron, lots of work but your pryme mx wheels + Dremel tools do a great job! We’ll have to race the 125s soon 🤟🏼
@@adampaganelli4891 I'm planning on cleaning my kx100 engine. I have a couple of questions if you don't mind answering them. What speed do you set your dremel at ?, Do I use the wire brush fitting for the dremel on the entire engine then the scotch brite fitting for the dremel? Or just use the scotch brite fitting for the whole thing?
Somebody has been watching Cameron Niemela... hmmm hahaha
Anyway nice build mate!
Keep the 2 strokes alive!
looks wicked bro glad to see someone taking their time and doing it right!!!
Hard work deffinitly pays off 😎
Thanks man!
So keen for the end result
Me too! Thanks for watching Bailey!
Those little dremel buffing wheels work great wish they lasted longer though.
I'm going to do this to my motor eventually
Doing the same for '93 CR500 engine this year!
Hey guys just a tip if you don't mind spending A bit of money to get your engine looking like new again is to send it off to a vapour honing joint it will come out looking better than it would of when the bike was originally made. But if you're a hands on person and love a challenge then by all means this is the way to go 🤙
Yes vapor honing is a great option!
Nice video man
Thanks man!
Wicked job though! No substitute for elbow grease and hard time.
hi mate, thanks for the vid!
did you coat the engine with any product after polishing it? to prevent rust
Hello, what grit is that red buffing wheel at the 3:24 minute. Nice job!
Would it not be faster and more efficient to sand blast he parts with a mild abrasive to get an even better more uniform effect? I am not being sarcastic just was wondering because I am about to do the same thing on 1988 CR125R project I am starting..
You could sand blast, but then you would still have to buff it out anyways. Sand blast leaves a rough not visually attractive finish. If you are talking about vapor blasting then yes you could get really good results doing that
where did you find all those dremel bits?
Amazon
Hi , i want buy the scotch brite brush .
Where can i buy it?
Check out prymemx.com
Power Sports Builds thanks a lot ,
Also i ‘m a mecanich and i’have restyling my cr 2003 125
Will the parts rust after polishing them?
Aluminum doesn’t rust. They may lose the polish after a while if not maintained though
@@adampaganelli4891 I am planning on doing a 400ex motor. Are all quad and mx engines Aluminum?
2 words. Vapor honing.
