One of my favorite companies to order from. Fast shipping/processing times(on par with Amazon prime). They utilize USPS which makes for reasonable rates for us in Hawaii. Two thumbs up for detailed image.

Just got a shipment from TRC. All bottles were taped at the cap to prevent loosening, each bottle placed in a seperate bag to prevent leakage, and the box was the perfect size for my order...I continue to be impressed with my orders from DI and TRC...my only suppliers now and in the future.
Nothing beats small businesses for the smaller details and the relationship.
First company I ever ordered products from. Always top notch from shipping times to customer service.

Levi and the crew at the Rag Company, Thank You. This video with Greg and Detailed Image was really interesting. I had dealt with Detailed Image at a previous company with great results, never any problems at all. I have only done one order with my new company over a year ago and I had a very small problem and emailed customer support and Reece got back to me right away and took care of my problem without question and actually went over and above the way it might have been handled. Thanks Again to the Rag Company and Detailed Image. Both awesome companies.
This was a very nice behind the scenes video!! Especially helpful for me since I'm a university student majoring in supply chain management, so all this efficient way of sorting and shipping is knowledge for me!!

These guys are awesome Very Fast Shipping and products are packed really good, Great Customer Service to I once ordered a gallon of wax and we got a cold spell and I was worried it freezing sitting at my house, I called to see if it was possible to change the shipping address and no problem at all.

I LOVE this video! Its so amazing the way they set up their warehouse and all the packaging (setting up boxes and filling orders). Anyone that has a warehouse (not only detailing related) needs to watch this video. Being in Canada i have not ordered from them but after this video if i need anything out of the USA (not offered by the rag company obviously 😉) I will definitely be checking them out

Love this company. Bought nearly $700 from this company in the last three weeks for my business. (Franconia Autowerke) Their customer service is great too. I always check this company first to buy my Rags and Meguiars products. Love the Rag Company too.
